God dam this is the first fantasy analyst that actually makes sense to my brain... The 13.8 games played per running back per season is a really good idea...The most injured position and this guy has a calculation for the averaged missed time.

Perhaps no fantasy pre-season aspect is more subject to "lies, damn lies, and statistics" than consensus rankings. Recognizing this is an area to exploit in drafts provides a small edge (especially in the middle rounds). You both highlighted the key reason -> there are only so many yards and TDs to go around. Conversely, on bad teams "someone" has to compile yardage and score. Got me thinking about the background of highly competent fantasy competitors. People who work or study in the areas of demand planning, purchasing, mathematics, economics, statisticians, financial analysts, etc. seem to have a built-in advantage. Relying on "vast football knowledge" leads to emotion based conclusions... no thanks. Hmm... come to think of it, maybe atheists have a built-in advantage over believers too...
No offense to this guy but don’t listen to someone who has Diggs as the third WR on HIS OWN TEAM. They didn’t bring him in for that, please use common sense people!
