After reviewing several fix code videos, two hrs of phone calls to two different companies who were saying they sent several codes, performed all troubleshooting required with apple who then told me it was most likely my cell phone provider blocking codes. That was correct... some reason Verizon put a block on sms codes which caused me frustration, money, & time!
