NFA should take ownership of regulating youth leagues - Shipanga

The Namibian Football Association (NFA) technical director, Jacqueline Shipanga has urged the NFA to take ownership of regulating the youth developmental leagues and competitions around the country.
This comes after the International Football Federation Association (FIFA) technical experts, Serame Letsoaka and Jurg Nepfer visited the NFA last week to discuss the NFA’s technical development initiatives both locally and internationally.
