I’d like to address quite a few comments I’ve seen regarding the “toxicity” in the FD livestream chat. First and foremost: I want all of you to know I am unbelievably grateful for all of your support. When I’m in my car on grid I swipe through social media and am always overwhelmed with all the positivity being sent my way from you guys.
With that being said, I am being told I have a toxic fanbase and that the livestream chat is ruined because of it. I truly believe that you guys, my true fans, would never intentionally make me look bad and there is a large likelihood the toxicity is from haters mocking my fanbase. As with any professional motorsport - there are tough calls and even us drivers have a hard time understanding them sometimes. There are instances where rather confusing judging criteria justifies a decision - and I believe both myself and FD themselves can do a better job at explaining this.
I am embarrassed at how the live chat has been moderated - and numerous times we have noticed that they chose to literally ban anyone from commenting “adam LZ, LZ, etc” instead of timing out or blocking toxic commenters. This just agitates people more and makes you guys feel excluded. We were given the opportunity to moderate the chat ourselves, but we simply did not have an idle staff member that could take it on during the event. I know it is frustrating - there have been many internal challenges we have been facing as a team behind the scenes because of how different our socials are to other teams. We are working with FD for solutions on many fronts and can only hope it improves the viewing experience for everyone.

Most of the people commenting were haters, not fans. At least not real fans, if they really wanted to know how you positioned they should go back and watch the footage instead of commenting “did LZ go yet” every second.
I don’t think the toxicity was from the “haters.” It was mainly from younger members of your fanbase saying “FD is rigged” “Adam should have won” “That shouldn’t have been a OMT” and so on. They are supportive of you, but took it a little too far.

By far this is the best video that has been posted on the channel, we all sit through the stream and wait and watch for Adam to complete his runs, what a lot of people don't get to experience is what goes on before, between and after the runs. I am very impressed with how mike captured the event and put the whole video together. From Adams reactions after each round to collete's excitement, and the whole crews reactions it really puts a different spin on how pro events go down, and is very fascinating to get a behind the scenes of how a professional event goes down and runs. I am beyond impressed on Adams lead runs and how he executed!! Keep up the great work Adam!! and mike keep up the great work, that was definable one of the most well put together videos i have ever seen, felt like i was watching a Netflix documentary

I couldn't agree more. The only thing I'd like to see is a small picture in picture of the interior during the official FD footage and another PIP of the overhead during the interior(bottom right corner IMO).

There was speculation they might hold a round of FD next year at the FF.
VGJ already said big things are happening with the FF. I'm guessing that's why Cleetus took the plunge and upgraded the bleachers. It's a no brainer to host an event there, it's perfectly set up for it and would provide them with an insane amount of publicity.

Trust me man, when you're in motorsports you'll expect to lose some body panels and not win 😅 when you're really passionate or involved in motorsports you're probably there because it's fun for you, it's been a childhood dream, or you have a need/thrill for speed. Adam really just echoes what most people who do motorsports, feel 😌 and I'm pretty sure "Your average FD driver" feel similarly.
There's no such thing as a average FD drivers. All of those guys are exceptional people and drivers.
Having fun is the best way to win anything. Just enjoying what you do and loving it can just take away all of your pressure and make you drive better and more consistent. Great attitude, Adam!

Doesn't matter who it is anyone of us could win at anytime that's why we do it .. maintenance , mistakes it only takes one thing to ruin a run or entire event and even seasons if you can't sort things out right.. he could be there within 2-3 years if he takes it seriously but it's hard with his other businesses committing 💯 percent everyday all-day and I don't blame him that's where his money comes from so it needs to be his #1 priority .. he's a helluva driver and the competition is fierce that's why he's challenging himself instead of continuing in the lower levels of competition

@@keksauce Being his first year in PRO, I think it's just nerves and not being happy with car setup. Once he got the setup feeling good , Adam shows he has skill to take on anyone proven by the OMT's. When he can keep calm I don't think we'll see many OMT, just out right wins.

It's frankly dangerous driving and Forsberg keeps getting a free pass on this garbage. Odi got porked for "hitting" forsberg earlier in the event.
Same thing during the OMT with Denofa. Watch in outside 4 during the slowmo. Denofa’s front wheels come to a dead stop that leads to Adam’s contact. I understand using left foot braking to adjust angle, and not saying it was on purpose, but seems odd that when Adam start to reel him in that happens. With all that being said, I think all the drivers did a killer job this weekend.
