Anyone gonna talk about how Adam actually sounds completely and comfortably professional at singing this? Damn near aced it Sandler👏🏻
He’s silently had a prolific music career through the movies he’s been in. He was unbelievably good in The Wedding Singer and he covered a Beatles song called Real Love in Funny People in 2009 and it didn’t even sound like him, he was so good.

Adam is a very multi-talented guy. I am definitely a fan.
Steven Tyler heard this song on the radio once and due to years of drug use, he forgot he recorded it and asked his band if they wanted to cover it.
The story is correct, except the song you are thinking of is You See Me Crying. Tyler managed to not only forget the song, but that he had insisted on hiring a full orchestra to record it with them!

Pat Monahan frigging nailed it! Dayum! Spectacular performance by him, and Sandler too for that matter, he was hilarious in the beginning with the missed guitar fill. Loved how he turned it into a light comedic moment before continuing with the song. Awesome cover.
