Since upgrading my Spornia SPG - 7 to a simulator using the Garmin R10 and Awesome golf, i am starting to get a lot more value from my training sessions, having feedback and seeing the outcomes of my golf swing is going to help me lower my handicap at home!

Chipping seems to be the hardest aspect in sim golf as your going for a specific short distance rather than a full swing and without the real life visual we need to judge that distance.
    Love the content.

Fore sure the hardest part, not having that sense of distance is a great way to actually build feel for distances, i think its funnily helping my distance control and judgement.
Glad your enjoying the content, welcome to the channel!

Looking good, keep it up man! Just one thought, on the second hole second shot where you came up way short of the green, don't forget to account for the elevation differences :-) the green was much higher than the fairway therefore you need more club to get there.
    Nice video, keep going

Thanks man! yeah i did not take that into account, being the first round there is a few things still to iron out on the sim! Welcome to the channel!

Love the video! I've been looking at the Garmin. How far from the teeing area do you need for accurate distance/shot tracing. I have about 2m.

Thank you! yes i highly recommend it for all of us practicing at home, 2m and or 7Feet is optimal with good lighting is key. So natural light or a well lit up room makes a big difference.
Also make sure you have about 6 feet from the base of the net or impact screen, this is what works well for me and i think falls within Garmin's recommendations aswell.
