I'm offically a nicole stan. I've done all of her workouts and shes the only trainer who targets every glute muscle. My butt is *noticably* higher and tighter after doing her workouts about twice a week in combination with aerobic circuit training.

this workout is awesome! I never realized how out the legs contribute greatly to the buttocks and how the buttocks truly is a muscle that can be reshaped. I have done this workout 2x for two weeks and noticed my hip area was a bit slimmer and my butt sits up higher and my cheeks are becoming more defined. I may have numb legs/butt after but hey, my jeans scream: SHE KILLIN' DEM JEANS!

I am pretty in shape an weight train about 3 times a week but today I have no access to the gym so I gave this workout a try, thought it would be a piece of cake- well think again

I've been doing this workout for many weeks and have seen a lot of progress, but no matter how many times I do this workout, I still hate the pulses! It's all worth it though!!

@@phanda7877 I workout on and off, i dont have any body goals i just like working out, but when i do it regulary (one day on one day off, also, this one and many others glutes workouts) i see results
Edit : Glutes are not flat, they dont dissapear when i put on jeans, hips are rounder, so waist also seems smaller 😛
