Thank you for this tutorial. I got greats results. If anyone has a first gen Lacrosse, it worked wonders. Saved me a lot of time as installing new headlight on a first gen Lacrosse involves pulling off the front bumper cover as well. I’ll see how long it lasts.

Plastx is effectively a super-fine sanding agent. But I would recommend using Maguire's liquid rubbing compound applied by hand to really crystalize things.
would the Maguire's liquid rubbing compound be used after using plastx?
Before the protection can be used must the glas been clean with isopropanole, recommend protection with uv filter.

Does it fix spider cracks?
I've used this kit numerous times for my customers. They bough it and asked me to use it. Every single one of them has came back about a year after. Used the same kit once again, spent more time with more attention, they all came back 6 months later......
This kit does make absolutely trashed headlights come back to like new condition right after the service......but unfortunately the durability is not a factor here.
Wet sanding is not necessary, and using a drill to buff, is simply, not correct, hand polished , is best method

I did the drivers side first, but didn’t record it. I decided to do a video after how good the drivers side came out. At the end of the video you can see them both restored. Thanks for watching. 👍🏼

There is still scratches. Don't you see that
then you can just buy finer sandpaper. like he said, these kits help restore your headlights. it doesn't make them brand new. most people would prefer fine scratches over hazy headlights
