Now that some of us have not interacted with fresh fish we need tips on how to cut the fish well...(we can cube it?)...then how do you get rid of the smell on your hands, the cutting board, utensils, counter etc?

Yes you can cube it to come up with the fillets. I use kitchen disinfectants to clean up immediately to avoid the smell.The utencils are washed immediately the cooking is over.
