Rat Race - Man Vs Coast - Marazion, Cornwall - 01/07/2023

Here we are with my 4th edition to this incredible race! s cool start gradually getting warmer as we go.
Having ran in quite abit of heat in previous years, its always nice to have a cooler day!
Sadly the seas were so rough and churned up this year so the water sections and rock scrambles were very limited. we had some paddle boards at the end and abit of a splash at the start.
So with that this was one of my quicker years with about 5:30 hours on my feet
As always Rat Race couldn't have put a better race on just all round quality, i will be back for 2024 marking my 5th race :)
