It's actually a character named Mac from Clifford the Big Red Dog, but I mean, yea, I can kinda see the Korean bootleg Scooby-Doo also (in all honesty, that was my first thought until they pulled it out of the prize chute and I got a better look at his face).
Fun fact, Scooby-Doo and Mac are both cartoon Great Danes, which probably added to the confusion.

*PLEASE READ*
Deal or no Deal is not rigged. When it was released they gave you more time to choose a case, which people would use that time to record the case shuffling and play it back in slow motion and see which case has the jackpot in it. You can still do it now to see what case has the jackpot amount in it. but you run the risk of choosing that jackpot amount while reviewing the slow motion footage. Just a fun fact, I hope you shout this out in one of your videos. I work for an arcade and have tested this.
