I recommend trying the cream blushes again without having any face powder! I notice that setting powder makes cream products patchy (at least for me)
Haley Senn Ya, that’s true - it’s better if like sticks to like, so powder blush if you’re applying powder and cream blush if you’re not

Same I use the cream blush on liquid then I either add nyx highlighter on top or I add Milani rose blush as a topper. It looks gorgeous I got the burn one I was not a fan of maybellines eye pencil I like their other one. But I did enjoy falsies it reminds me of bad gal by benefit if you use just setting spray after without powder it works

Using the cheek liquids, I usually apply a dot to the apples of the cheeks and then blend that way! I’ll get more color on my cheeks then transferring it from package to hand.
I DEFINITELY think the blush needs a round 2 try. I think a different application would really benefit the look, perhaps with fingertips only just after foundation application.
Marissa I agree, maybe since it’s a cream, it might blend better on a skin that’s moist from foundation instead of over a layer of powder. I’m still impressed with how it looked on her though, very subtle and fresh! I actually bought the rose color of this cheek heat cream blush but haven’t used it yet. My initial plan was to do it right on top of foundation. I’m excited to try it now!
I started using this blush a few weeks ago and I really like the look I get just after applying foundation, I squeeze a dab on the back of my hand and use a tapered blush brush to dab and swipe it on. I get the best color payoff and evenness that way!
When I first tried it I used my fingers and it was just okay. Not bad but uneven for sure.
She should have put one dot directly on her cheeks and then blended it that was how it worked for others and the pigment was good enough. Her type of application was suitable for the products that are too pigmented and you don't want to much pigment on your cheeks.
Regarding mascaras, what do you think is more important when it comes to a mascara? Wand shape or formula? I've always been curious if some mascaras would work if they were paired with a different wand. Maybe a possible video idea for you...
Kimber Corbitt I’m obsessed with using mascara and I’ve noticed the thicker wands will tend to disperse the mascara in a more clumpier format... if you’re going for that look of false lashes and are trying to get into the outer and inner corner of your inner eye lashes a thin wand really does the trick! A thick wand in my experience has caused mascara to get on my lids.. I recommend L’Oréal telescopic mascara (;
Momo chan I love that one, too. One of the BEST lengthening mascara for ANY price-BUT MOST of the photos of models wearing various mascaras actually have LASH INSERTS.

I’m mature and dry and love that foundation. My Walgreens has cool, warm and neutral undertones. It’s listed on the top on the bottle. Don’t know if this might help someone choosing a color 😊

Patti 1962 I’ve worn it about 5 or 6 times now and it has looked good every time, and the price is a bonus 😉. I don’t even powder except where I want to put blush or bronzer. Hope this helps!

Patti 1962 I barely use any powder too. Just the tiniest amount. I’ve been using the Elf Hydrating primer and that has been working well.
Patti 1962 if u get a good hydrating finish spray, or even just a regular toner spray, and spray liberally after ur done, u can use the powder as u wish. I’m 43 and starting to see a few wrinkles especially under the eye, and I’ve found that the final spray application helps so much and makes everything look natural.
I’d love to see a review on the new Neutrogena primers and setting spray! It’s their healthy skin line I think? I saw them at Walmart 😁

I love the cheek tink but even though I use brushes for everything else, I use my fingers for it. It warms and blends really well... I've always preferred gel tint blushes over powder tho.
Create A Crisis if u put a bit of it on ur hand, then dip ur brush into it, that also works really well, if ur someone like me who prefers a brush for everything

Elena their mascara, and lash primer, are the bomb. I use those over my too-faced mascara now. Don’t even reach for the expensive ones. I’ve also found that the travel size of expensive mascara work way better than the full size. Manny MUA agreed and said it is because less air is allowed into the brush and it also doesn’t get as much product on it.

The QUALITY of drugstore makeup has been ELEVATED, especially EYESHADOW.
omg i have worn the W&W dewy foundation for 3 days in a row and i love it so far! albeit, i have dry skin all around, no traces of oil so, i did not getting any breaking up. It stayed nice for my 8 hour day with kids rubbing my face and everything! goes to show that foundation is definitely not a one size fits all. but you look so gorgeous as always, and i love how sweet and calming your voice is!

Not sure if this will help, but I usually apply a cream blush right after foundation and concealer, BEFORE I set my face with powder, then apply a bit of powder blush after setting with my normal powder to amp up the color if needed. Also helps to make my blush last all day!!

I really love the softness of the blush. I have been afraid to try it because I thought it would be hard to apply but it just looks so pretty. I think I will pick that up and also that first lipstick color you put on, the pinky one.

I really like the maybelline brow definer when i tried it! I really love that there are so many new and good drugstore products lately! This might sound odd but your lips always look so nice, as someone who has small lips, I'm so jealous of yours lol 😅💜I LOVED the cheek heat when I tried it!!!

I think the foundation was actually a good color for u. U are like me and pretty pale. Thank u for not drenching ur skin in self tanner. It’s nice to see someone embracing their natural skin tone.
Girl I love the Cheek Heat blush! I've got 3 different colors. They are a bit sheer. When applying them, you should use your fingers to apply or a brush if you want a more opaque finish. The Nude Burn shade is good for no makeup looks. Like no foundation no powder. But there are a lot of shades in that line that are brighter and more vivid. Dont give up just yet on the cheek heat just yet. I love it! Also I just dab it on my cheeks, throw on some mascara and tinted balm and run out the door. Like no foundation concealer or powder. I think if you are doing full face of makeup a powdered blush will give you the effect you are looking for.
I swapped to the Maybelline brow pencil from NYX micro pencil a year ago, and haven't gone back. Cheaper and more product!
I have the Nudes of New York pallet. I’ve used it several times and love it! It’s not the quality of the Tati Textured Neutrals Vol. 1 pallet. However for the price, this pallet is so user friendly, pretty pigmented and has a decent staying power. I do use a lid primer. I thought everything today looked great on you. Please update us on the complexion products. 💚💙💚💙💚
It really is a beautiful palette, I use the nyx shadow primer and I love it.

I have the cheekheat and it works fine if you use it under the powder. I apply a tiny amount with a small round brush on the top of my foundation and it’s really pretty.
I love the eyebrows!!! So natural and fluffed out
It was so refreshing to see the bronze eye shadow look. The pink and red tones of eye shadows simply make my eyes look smaller, tired and sickly.
These videos are so much fun to watch because there are so many products coming out but this edits it out. Your tastes, preferences and the way youbplay with makeup is so similar and different to mine and inspiring!
That's one of my fave drug store eyebrow pencils! I love the cooler toned brown, and the triangle shape is different than most that have that shape! It's so great I love it
I looove the cheekheat ( i have it in the Rose shade) and I just use my fingers to put it on. I also dont put on as solid a base as you and it works really beautifully over just a BB cream.
I'm happy I finally heard someone talk about how mascara is way better after it's been opened and used a few times! Never heard anyone say that I've always felt that way it's so true ! Fresh mascara sucks lol

The liquid Maybelline lipsticks are AMAZING! They will last ALL day. I have the shade "Lover" & I apply it once, eat/drink throughout the day, & don't touch up. 100% recommend.

Hey Allie! i know how much you like the nyx nude sued shoes lip liner so i wanted suggest you try pairing it with the colour pop moon child lip gloss. I tried it and i think the two look really good together!

The shade range of that foundation is why I never bought the original formula when it first came out. I tried 3 different shades and none of them were the right undertone; they were very pink. Also, I agree with other comments saying to try the blush again underneath the powder. I have that same shade and I’m in love with it!
I personally really loved how the Truffle Tease lipstick looked on you! the lipsticks and the eyeshadows were the only thing i liked in this review lol

NYX HD Photo Concealer is bomb, they make color correcting shades and skin tones and they’re both really beautiful
I think the blush is very natural looking and pretty . It looks like it lasted very well on your skin for the 8 hrs.
I’ve really been enjoying that mascara and the Nyx liftscara. I think they are both excellent at volumizing, lengthening, and holding curl.
Enjoyed this video! I am loving that Maybelline eye shadow palette and like the look you created with it! I also am enjoying that new mascara too! It's a drier volume formula which I prefer.
Video idea!! So choose your favorite drugstore and high end products that are similar/dupes. Randomly choose what side you should use each product.. example: drugstore mascara on the left eye and high end on the right. Then switch it up and do high end brows on the left and drugstore on the right and so on. Right down what side each product was on and ask people what brow, eye look, lashes, skin and lips look better and tally up which ones get the most votes. Confusing but could be really fun!!
I love that Maybelline brow pencil and I picked up the shadow pallete a few weeks ago and I find myself reaching for it on an almost daily basis. I usually prime my lids with some concealer or the nyx shadow primer and I really like it a lot. For me drugstore shadows can be very hit or miss especially Maybelline shadows but this one was a major winner imo. I have slightly more mature skin(I'm 35) but it works so well with my skin and stays and looks beautiful.

Loved the foundation, thought it wouldn't cover as much, kinda like a bb cream, but it actually came through, also the mascara intrigued me and the eyeshadow looked actually good, but my fave was the eyebrow pencil for sure

For a cream blush dupe of the Glossier...try the Flower Beauty Blush Bomb. As with any liquid/cream product not in a potted unit, SHAKE WELL.
That foundation looks perfect for your skin. The undertone is perfect and you can warm up the complexion with bronzer and blush. I’d much rather have a foundation that is on the light side than on the darker side
I am so dry, and I live in colorado. I am excited to try the foundation. Also, i want that lipstick! It's such a pretty color. Looks like a dupe for my favorite mary kay lip natural beauty. May have to pick that up.
It was a little too brown, the lipstick...I got pink for me, instead...

You need to try the honest beauty cream blushes. They have them at target sometimes. But I like to get mine on Amazon. They're easy to use, really forgiving, I highly recommend them!!!
Nudestix is also great, I have their cream bronzer. I just turned 44, and I've found cream products to look so flattering on the skin. Sometimes powders can look heavy, and can collect in fine lines.
I've started just setting my Tzone, it blurs my pores, but keeps the skin looking fresh.
Our Wal-Mart has reset the whole store and has new brands of make up. It's really nice! The colors are beautiful on you, especially the eye shadows! ❤❤

I purchased Rosy Risk lipstick prior to watching this. The mascara looks interesting. I saw the Sally Hansen nail polish too. I was thinking abt the pinkish color.
