I have never had serious problems, I have only changed parts that are consumables. once, for safety, I repaired the turbine at 380,000 km I have had the same gear shifter since 400,000km and it still works wonderfully. When I did 500,000 km, the mechanic suggested that I change some parts of the valves (small rubbers) which are also consumables.
Me too..1.7CDTi 74kw from 2010. Really a great car i must say! I love it as well. Mine has around 220k km and purrs like a kitten. :D 640k km is very impressive and i wish you many more happy kilometres! ;)

I haven't a good memorie of this car. I owned the 1.4 16V and still remember how that car was possibly the worst I've ever had. Buuut...good video Joe, as always!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
@@krecik2336 the problem weren't the performances but all the breakdowns I had. Even the engine, that was changed with only 5.500 kms because was totally broken ( the distribution chain broke and with It all the rest of the engine when I was driving in the highway at 130 km/h).
@@davidcasas3862 lol, our astra h 1.4 is pretty reliable my dad is driving it daily to work (3 km) the engine not even gets on its temperatur, and its on 120k Km on the mileage the only thing it has its sweating a bit oil from the shaft seal nothing more and the major repair it had was a broken rear spring. btw i drive it aswell and i don't drive it carefully i push that engine to the limiter because its so slow 😂

I've had it for over a year, covered 22k km, I only ever fixed things that wear out over time, belts, suspension parts, oil, normal maintenence. The biggest thing I replaced was the turbocharger about a month after I bought the car. Never had a problem since.
I had that same car with my family but my dad reached it to 250.000 km but my dad got an new car its a Volvo XC40 B3 only gasoline version and electric version but my dad sold it and I really miss it 😞😭😭

Pierwszą rzeczą było sterowanie klimatem było bardziej skomplikowane wezwanie na mnie nigdy nie doświadczyłem życia dziwną rzeczą jest to, że ten środkowy przycisk na sterowaniu klimatem służy do tego, gdzie chcesz dmuchać. Dodatkowo jeśli był na 3 biegu to klima była jeszcze straszniejsza. I kolejna rzecz, która mi się nie podobała to fotele, bo nie miały żadnego prowadzenia bocznego i gdybym nie był zapięty w tym samochodzie i wchodził w ostry zakręt to przysięgam na Boga, że wypadłbym z tego fotela! Ale poza tym fajny samochód!
Mam podobną Asterkę - tylko że z 2004r i wyświetlaczem BID (tutaj model lepiej bo GID). No i podobnie jak na filmiku - paruje w tym samochodzie niemiłosiernie. Mam pochłaniacz wilgoci, bo bez tego cieżko było (momentalnie zaparowane tylne szybcy i brzegi przedniej). Niemniej samochód w miarę ekonomiczny i tani w utrzymaniu.
zmień dywaniki materiałowe na gumowe, używaj klimatyzacji i najważniejsze wymień filtr kabinowy (w astrach jest dość problematyczna wymiana, więc jest szansa że jakiś beznadziejny mechanik źle ci zamontował)
Klapka obiegu wewnętrznego zacięta, do wymiany silniczek, albo ustawienie na stałe obiegu zewnętrznego (ręczne przestawienie i zablokowanie) przerabiałem ten temat i parowanie szyb zażegnane
This model used to sell good in touring and normal mode,to some extent in sedan form,in Europe. Good looking hatchback for that time,only Audi A3 was better option. But very weak diesel engines.
i have same car,first car owner and i got it with 309k km on the clock,bit smaller problems with the car but it was ok untill i fucked up the turbo,now i guess it's not set up good and i can't push it over 3000 rpm and it won't pull up the hills like before,but no one wants to work on it becuse it's diesel :D i also see u have that orange light on,mine is on all the time,sometimes switches to engine light idk why and old owner put a button to turn on the car,idk why,i rly need to get a new car

I cant belive you are shifting to 1st gear,and car is still moving at speed for 2nd gear.... killing the clutch,transmision an engine... you can hear engine beging you not to do it..

Same problem, probably wont help you now but I changed the throttle body as well as the turbo, and the car is like brand new.
