AAP's First Response On Swati Maliwal Assault Case, Sanjay Singh Says Kejriwal Has Taken Cognizance

- The Delhi Police received two calls said to be from AAP's Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, India Today reported on Monday. The caller claimed she was assaulted by Arvind Kejriwal's PA at the chief minister's official residence.
The police received two calls this morning at 9 am, sources told India Today. The caller identified herself as Swati Maliwal and claimed assault by the Chief Minister's PA Bibhav. Whether she was assaulted or not can be confirmed only if she files a complaint. So far, there has been no comment from either the AAP or Maliwal.
The police received the calls from the number that Maliwal uses. Acting upon the calls, the police reached the chief minister's residence but Maliwal was not there. Sources also say Maliwal may reach the Civil Lines police station to file a complaint.
According to protocol, the Delhi Police cannot enter the Chief Minister's house without permission. The police are currently investigating the authenticity of the PCR calls and attempting to gather more information about the matter. No written complaint has been filed yet.

@@Dr.Zubair As per SC condition that Kejriwal cannot take any decisions as a CM.This is one of the condition for interim bail. And his PA is paid by the Government of Delhi and house belongs to Government of Delhi.And hence nothing will happen. This is all eye wash .
At the max Kejriwal can make a police complaint against his PA ,but he will not do it or he will get exposed by his PA on all the scams.He badly needs that PA more than Maliwal,Atishi,Bhardwaj and Sanjay Singh.

Is it possible that CM could have organised a huge cash reward to Swati Maliwal through his friend George Soros or through his Khalistan supporters in Canada. Maybe money could have been transferred to Swatis sister's account in USA. This could be the deal for not filing the FIR and also resigning from the Rajya Sabha. The deal may have taken 31 hours to finalize. India Today should probe this angle also. Swati Maliwal will now go back to USA, without filing FIR and later she will resign from the Rajya Sabha. A sitting Rajya Sabha MP of Kejriwal’s Party has been assaulted at official residence of Chief Minister Kejriwal who himself is in prison on serious charges of money laundering & who is on rare conditional controversial interim bail.
The case needs to be investigated as the alleged culprit is in jail under serious money laundering charges. Even the US based Khalistani terrorist Pannun has said that he gave over $16 million to Kejriwal & pictures of Kejriwal's meeting with Khalistani terroriist leaders in the US are in public domain.
The assaulted MP has recently returned from the US after spending several weeks there. Considering these indicators, it is very serious national security issue. NIA should investigate it. Swati Maliwal is a former chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women
