With a mega-investment of Rs. 10 lakh crores, the government is pushing the infrastructure projects in Vasai-Virar. The completion of these projects will forever transform Mumbai while simultaneously making Virar one of the most sought-after residential addresses. Historically, the majority of homebuyers have shifted from South Mumbai to Western Suburbs like Bandra, Andheri, Goregaon, etc. Currently, the market is shifting its attention towards the far end of the western suburbs-Virar.

Chances are bright for Much needed international airport at Dapchari, Palghar (passenger+ cargo) due to constantly heavy growing passenger air traffic as Mumbai city is expanding and spreading .

Virar metro line aaj se chabbis saal ke baad chalu ho jayegi, agar tab chalu ho gayi toh bhi samajhna kaam jaldi pura hua !

वसई विरार महानगर पालिका अंतर्गत ,पिनेके पानेकी , ड्रेनेज , रास्ते, और बिजली तारे जब तक जमिंनमे गाड नही देती तब तक बिजलिकी परेशानी रहेगी , नई बिल्डिंग को परमिशन देना बंद करना चाईए, जबतक ये सुविधा ये अब तक बसे हुये नाग्रिको को पुरी सुविधाये नही मिळती.

Yeah, there is a problem at the moment, but everything will get sorted in a month or 2. Installation and all is already done..

No work sée in virar
Everything is in progress. Like Bullet train work is going on in gujarat, coastal road phase 2 work is in progress towards marine lines, Railway quadrupling work disrupted local service recently
still vasai virar is far behind new mumbai. thanks to current govt in power. there is no progress in this region

Isiliye m telling being so close to mumbai we are yet very far. I think Ambernath and Badlapur will grow before Vasai virar
