Who’s ready for a Cadet Kelly reunion?? This week on Vulnerable, I’m catching up with Canadian actress, producer and very special co-star of mine, Andrea Lewis! We catch up on the last 20 years since filming our iconic Disney Channel movie. We talk about on-set crushes, body image issues as young actors, what it was like to work with Drake on Degrassi, and feeling tokenized in the early 2000s.

About Christy Carlson Romano:
Welcome to the official Christy Carlson Romano CZcams channel! Christy has been a working actress and singer since she was 6 years old. She moved to Los Angeles with her mother when she was 14 to star in the Disney Channel franchise, Even Stevens as Ren Stevens alongside Shia LaBeouf. Christy enjoyed many years with Disney gaining an Emmy nomination for her voice work as Kim Possible and starring on Broadway in Beauty and the Beast. She went on to balance her college career at Barnard College, Columbia University with filming movies for ABC Family including: ‘Campus Confidential’, ‘Taking Five’, ‘The Cutting Edge 2: Going for the Gold’, and ‘The Cutting Edge 3: Chasing the Dream’. Christy returned to Broadway in her mid twenties and learned to be a puppeteer in the Tony-Award winning ‘Avenue Q’. Christy was married to her husband on New Years Eve , 2013 in Banff, Canada after having met in a screenwriting class in college. She became impassioned with directing and made her debut in Lionsgate’s “Christmas All Over Again”. I find it funny that you would work with Mr. Cole voicing Kim's father Dr. Possible in Kim Possible a few months after Cadet Kelly came out in 02. I LOVE Andrea! ❤ I was the biggest Degrassi stan and I always hated the way they just brushed her character off as the seasons went on. Hazel deserved better 😅. But Andrea is looking STUNNING and I'm so glad she's living her best life.

@@christycarlsonromano As a former ROTC cadet at Kaiser High School we had to do almost every exercise and I had to run up and down the hill and we had to train in the rain too and you did good Ms Romano and so I know what it’s like this I had to wake up early morning and we got a drill team too and the way it worked was you had to do everything right and Oorah to your husband Ms Romano and I come from a Marine family and so as a former ROTC cadet for the Air Force at Kaiser High School 🏫 I gotta say good job Mam
And my brother is in NROTC here in Hawaii at University of Hawaii Moana and he’s working on becoming an officer and wants to be a Fighter Pilot for the NAVY like yes TOP GUN 😆 but I did ROTC at Kaiser High School here in Hawaii 4 years and I finished as a Tech Sergeant
