@@Emmany97 Bunch of reasons. WB vs Usman is a fresh match-up, which none of the other current WW top five can say. He (IMO) also represents the most unique and interesting stylistic challenge for Usman. And to be completely honest, the biggest reason for me is just that I like the guy and want to see that big opportunity come his way, he's at an age where he possibly doesn't have much career left ahead of him.
But, the real purpose of my comment was that in this video, Chael wants to talk about meaningful upcoming fights at 170 and so mentions Diaz vs Leon, but skips right over WB vs Burns. In the video where he first mentioned that fight, he spent 25 seconds out of 9 minutes talking about WB. Chael has criticized the top WW fighters for not fighting down the rankings and giving opportunities to younger guys, WB has done so twice in a row. It's just repeatedly amusing to me that Chael so rarely brings the guy up, and it makes me extra salty because I'm a big WB fan.

That is why im a fan, he's my fellow countryman but even i will say conor does not deserve to fight usman for the title nor do i think he can beat him. Usman is a better version of khabib, conor struggles against wrestlers but usman also has a chin, a good block and he has power in those hands so if conor can beat a beast a freak of nature in usman that looks like he eats a tonne of steroids every morning would be some upset.

Starting to draw similarities between Covington’s and Chaels career.
Chael lost to Anderson who at the time was considered the goat. Chael was winning all the way until the 4th round until he wasn’t anymore. Colby arguably was winning his fight with usman until the 5th round. Usman is now being talked about as one of the P4P fighters in the world currently. Then add in the “Bad guy” role Colby is playing. It’s quite fascinating.
Will be interesting to see how Colby’s rematch with usman goes.
