I think she was intoxicated, but she thought the first police officer was going to shoot her and she freaked out, but he wasn’t going to. But she got back in her car and sped off. But she said she was running out of gas and was going to a gas station, while driving over 100 mph. She was making too many excuses and not taking accountability.
