I don’t know how Penny can be in such high spirits, but also have Tumblr. At least not until the “losing health insurance” bit. Clearly she uses humor to mask her pain at the fact that the only thing she has to look forward to for the rest of her life is losing her health insurance and finding out why older people get so testy about the healthcare debate the hard way.
