Wow very expensive...i am from usa and even worse.. nothing to save... I feel like.to go back to kerala and settle down in a small agriculture town... get stright 8 hrs sleep fresh air stress free life.. eat some healthy food... cook daily rather than canned and preservative food..... how much you making a year 10,000k? Because if you making less than this amount, you are wasting your life there sistah..
Wow, living in kerala with beautiful paddy fields and fresh air would be a dream. But every now and then when i speak to my relatives in kerala it seems they are living similar to city life(fast paced life) and especially low employment opportunities. In this scenario going to city and working and then retiring seems to be good option.

How is it possible to keep it as low as 25 aed? We live in studio. And both of us are out for 5 days for 9 hours. Ac we use but it’s only while sleeping except for summers. We use fan most of the time when it is not summer.

Hi Ashwathy, municipality charges are 4% of the total tenancy rent for housing, 5% is for commercial buildings eg:- tenancy contract of a company
