    *What a fantastic purchase **MyseIf.Furniture** I needed a new bed for my college sons room for when he came home to visit.(Full Size) This bed did not disappoint. Package was deceiving as I wondered how it fit in the box. The entire bed was inside the headboard 😳 The back of the headboard has a zipper to allow the bed to be disassembled and put back in it if you were to move. Currently I have all the instructions and tools that came with it stored in there. It would even make a great spot to hold valuables! Assembly was straight forward and easy. It took my friend and I less than 20 minutes to put it together. One piece of advice is to lay the slats in place BEFORE you tighten the side rails all the way. It’s not impossible or hard to get the slats in if you tighten first but it would have been easier for sure.*

    I’ve had 2 failures in one year with my Purple/Reverie adjustable power base. Getting through to Reverie Customer Service is a nightmare. Unbelievable long hold times that disconnect you before you get to a human. Send a text message and you MIGHT get a response in 3 weeks or more. Do yourself a favor,buy one from someone else!

    Yes! This bed sucks! Nothing but problems at least 15 times or more this year! My daughter depends on this bed for her special needs and only worked well the first month or so. “Her bed before this one lasted 18 years and finally broke”. ( it was “ definitely NOT a reverie “ ) Was worth every penny. And the remote was attached to the bed. Not like the wireless remote. The reverie remote messes up, and there is no way to get a hold of anyone to fix any problems. She gets stuck in the up position, and legs, and is very difficult to help her. I’ve tried everything they have on CZcams to guide us in anything to fix, and does not explain everything I need to ask. The remote works when it wants, works one min the nothing the next, and when everything thing is working it won’t sinc together? All the other reviews are correct, and there is no one to help with anything. And another remote is very pricey. Which is sold on Amazon , however I Wish I did my homework before we bought this for her, for now we will have to buy a whole new bed within a year and a half after buying the reverie. Shame on this company for selling something that works this poorly, and can’t find or here back from anyone to help. And a number that goes nowhere and leads you to nothing. Makes no sense.
