Something nostalgic about CW, Dale and Verde sending it. Love when you boyz are able to sync up. Some of my fav vids over the years. Seriously only on that snow?? Like quicksand. Serious steeps, who knew?
I'm so glad to see the awesomeness coming from u all. Glad to see you had a blast w us here at tsv.
Sick Video!! Ripped the top of the mountain and all the freestyle mixed in looks so dope!
Absolutely dreamin! And you just made a couple subscribers for life out of those little kids that was dope to watch great video keep ‘em stoked!!!!
Yewww looked gnarly! Last vlog you made a point about people booking trips to resorts from watching the vlogs. Just so you know I'm coming out to Northstar 3/17-3/19 all the way from Pennsylvania to try and catch some of the snow this season! Watching your videos and especially your powder day video at northstar this year without a doubt influenced my decision. Keep on doing you boss, glad that Taos was able to deliver the stoke and connected with you on a human level for us to also enjoy as your viewers✌
Your going to love Northstar it’s an all round great resort.
Nyce work boys: natural narration to catch the Vibes and views of the valley.Keep rippin and filming resort. 🤙
yo, you guys legit make me want to just leave the east coast and live out of a van and move out west cause this is some genuine ass content
Brother go live your life and have a great time! If you're itching to follow the dream, get your situation in order and go follow it!
Good to see the boys finally make it down to Taos! Been waiting for this one! Taos is my stomping grounds and one of my favorite places to ski. Best time to go to Taos is definitely in early to mid February because it can get pretty mild and icy by March. Despite the conditions being as gnarly as they looked, you guy killed it!
This place is so mental!! Definitely planning on coming back. Conditions for everyone!
Omg what a run that was!!! You made it!! That was exciting and scary!! A real Cliff hanger!! Yeeewww!
Unmatchable feeling. Push past fears and grow closer to the bigger picture. Yeww
This 2 part of Taos was so much fun to watch dude! Mt. Crescent-IA and Granite Peak-WI both stops you made last year are the local hills for me! So stoked to continue following the GnarV!
Hands down one of the better snowboarding vids I’ve seen in a while. The stoke, the heavy and skilled riding, and just the overall passion you guys put into livin comes through in spades in this one! Thanks for letting us come along for the ride! Btw music, filming, and edit of that gnarly run were on point! Great job!
@@CaseyWillax It has to be said that its truly amazing and appreciated that you take the time out to respond to all the comments to your vids. It doesn't go unnoticed, Casey, and its just further confirmation of your dedication to spreading positivity and joy to anyone who happens to be fortunate to come across you or your videos. The same has to be said for Daly. You guys are an inspiration to many and you and your efforts make our day that much brighter. Thanks, brother!
And. Verde…dude just brings another level of excitement and stoke to the team. Homie seems to be picking up surfing quickly as well!!
Ahhh the "gotta get through this" 🤣 it's always the time with some of this that make the best memories.
I was there and missed you guys! Looks like the stoke levels were high. Great story behind the Free Tacos stickers and the Free Taos movement.
I remember my first run down Kachina Peak in Taos one of the gnarliest runs of my life and that was after having gone down Chutes 1,2, and 3 and Christmas tree bowl at Steamboat as well as the back of Copper pretty consistently😂. Makes you really respect the mountain but #YLTSI and do it
Love the video. I lived and rode there for years. If you can ever be there on a powder day you will have a day like no other.
Great one. Just got my kids into snowboarding. And just told them, its not only about the steep of the run, it's mainly the snow conditions! Be good you guys
Bruh why you commenting that when these guys pulled up to the steepest resort.
@@connorhansen3226 hi bro, cause when you look down a super steep run but the snow is super powder, its way different than looking down and seeing ice moguls... That's why. Not to disrespect of course 🙂 loving every second of it
Nice video guys! As was mentioned it's super difficult to capture the steepness on video, but you got it! Did you get to ride any of the steep tree runs? Come back again!
the middle finger in the steam room had me dying 💀🤣 reminds me of the boys and I🤙🏽🔥
You gunna roll to Santa Fe? I shred there a lot it would be sick to see you up there
Fully stoked you killed that got my blood going have get out to toas not only the mountain but for the vibe FTD
yeeew thats my hometown.used to hike it back in the day when there was no snowboarding allowed. Dont that Kachina crack hit thooo lol.
The Kachina lift is relatively new, back in the day you had to hike up there. Kachina is not a joke.
dude, Taos got dumped on this past weekend. over 2 feet of powder at the base.
Almost too much snow.
fire vid ! is it possible for me to submit music for yall to use? cheers
Emerald Bay has frozen over. Would love to see you cross it!!
@@CaseyWillax Emerald Bay at Lake Tahoe on the west shore. It froze over.
here in montana we have a resort called beartooth basin, it is only open mid summer its high up in altitude and just as steep if not steeper. slid my ass to the bottom a couple times🤣
How does this compare to the Swiss Wall or Combe du Machon in Avoriaz, France?
I've always wanted to ski Taos! Was the bald guy in hot tub Jim Cantore from the Weather Channel? Sure looked like him! LOL
those conditions are still better than 75% of the days we get over here on the east coast haha
Yo ik you are always saying that we are the ones fueling the dream but at this point in my life and many others lives your the ones actually fueling the dreams
A wise old man once told me at a hot spring, “Spa Therapy 101: Always end on cold….” You’ll STAY dreamin all day🤘🏼🤘🏼😛😛
Who would'a thought NM would be DREAMIN???!
Had a buddy who worked as a builder out in the area for about 5-6 years in the early aughts. Said he'd get 100+ days on the mountains and said it was perfect. He could work until 1-2pm. Then load up and go hit some of the mountains, then get back for a late dinner, crash and do it again the following day.
I've been meaning to get out there for 15+ years man!!
Super intense. Reminded me of the time I glissaded down a slope like that and self arrest with my ice axe multiple times!!
How does that run compare to The Wall at Kirkwood?
I think the wall is steeper. There is way steeper runs you can do on kachina then these guys did. Far skier right is probably the steepest, dog leg and k2 is probably the steepest pitch skiers left side. The main face of kachina is pretty doable and not that steep, you will see Texans with jeans skiing it.
@@robbank8027 also, West Basin at Taos makes almost all of Kachina look like child’s play. That’s where the real terrifying stuff is on this mountain
Kachina chairlift is open 15 times a year. You guys only rode one run. You missed out on so much terrain, the snow was pretty good that day too.
You gotta try and check out Angel Fire or Red River while you are in the area. Nothing truly compares to the Ski Valley and the pitch of their runs but there are other epic mountains nearby.
Casey….I’m becoming a Patreon…I believe in your SPIRIT… (how all money should be used)
Hey man, could you do a video of how you met the people you board with, and how your relationship with them has grown? Would be cool to see some photos from the past to, or memorable moments on video.
This ☝🏼
✌🏼❤️🎥
That would be sick
Met a lot of these guys just getting after it in the park together!! We all love to rip so once we figured that out it was easy money
Yooo
@Suz wtf is wrong with you. Easy money is a expression. He’s not here to be a coach to others. He’s here to show his lifestyle and how he rides. What’s wrong with that?
