Luvlap is a useless company, very inferior products. Ordered the red sipper shown in the video from the luvlap website along many products, first they cancelled the ordered sipper without notifying me and giving any explanation. Again after re-ordering no weighted straw was missing, and he'll lots of problem regarding return as they don't trying to help me. I need to contact the courier agency and request them to solve the problem. Then ordered through amazon, again no weighted straw. Then tried first-cry, same problem and firstcry are very clumsy and fuzzy to understand my problem that the product package clearly mentioned the weighted straw but the product not matching description.
