This is great but what about the side darts? Also would be good to see the shirt not tucked in at the end

I would do the same , basting first then stitching by machine. Fitting is an individual thing . Trial and error, too.

I still have my Bernina 910 from 30+ years ago (and my Bernette Serger). It was alot of money, but both paid for themselves in the maternity jumpers I made for myself and the clothes that I made for my daughter (as well has household stuff). It's why I tell people to get the best quality they can afford that has the features you need as these are lifetime machines.

Thank you so much. I bought a blouse that was supposed to be my correct size but when I tried it on it wasn’t, of course. That’s what happens when you order online. I didn’t know where to place the darts.
