be better than these guys. the roads need decent bikers to restore humanity.
You learn to ride with a sixth sense anticipating other drivers doing stupid things because "they didn't see you" or they just don't respect motorcycles as equal vehicles. It happens, and you just do the best you can to avoid trouble while still trying to enjoy the ride. And keep in mind, any retaliation you may have in mind, you are way more vulnerable than the driver in the four wheel vehicle. I started riding in the early '80s, gave it up when I started a family and lost my nerve for riding... Picked it back up early 2000s when gas prices were shooting up, and just recently sold my bike when I felt it was getting too dangerous again for an old guy like me, considering the poor state of our roads and the increase in angry drivers... Anyway, do the best you can to stay safe, and enjoy your riding time!!👍😎

Second, motorcycles are equal vehicles in that they are required to follow the same laws and regulations as any other legal vehicle on the road. It's assholes who ride them recklessly who make it bad for everyone else. Third, I had been riding (legally) for several years before I even had a car license, without causing or being in an accident because I had respect for what I was doing. Lastly, what makes you think I'm not normal? Merry Christmas!

I was drivin on the freeway once, looked in my mirror and turned my head to make sure there was no one in the next lane so i can switch. Didnt see anyone but there was a dude in my blind spot. Accidentally swerved him off the road a little. Reasonably he sped up to get next to me and gave me a thumbs down. Never felt so horrible in my life. Why does thumbs down hurt more than someone flipping you off:(

@@mandispann7461 yea and no I drive in the uk for a living so not too familiar with the us laws but my mentality is if you have to think about doing something don’t do it never take unnecessary risks for the riders side of things but as a car driver always be aware that motor cyclists are smaller and less easy to see so take due care and if your ever in a near miss or something just let it go 90% of the time it’s just a mistake they happen and it’s not worth putting yourself in immediate danger over it just let it go and move on

Watching these videos I'm always overcome with this sense of gratitude that for some reason, either my parents really raised me right or my brain doesn't function at this level of insanity or a combination of both but I have NEVER ever felt this insane need to escalate any situation I've found myself in. At the end of the day I am not going to get myself hurt or worse just because I can't control my anger. So many of these people need to control their emotions. It's truly scary how many adults we have now who have zero self control.
Yeah, i think the same, i ride Motorcycle's since i am 14 (Cross Bike in youngers years becouse ofc not old enoughf for a license) and everytime someone cut's me off i just go "ass" or "nyeh, happend's" and go on...no need to ruin my day or somone elses becouse of a driving mistake.
When it's serious tho like drunk driving or catched with a cellphone then i get, like everyone else, pissed too but i never whould smash thing's or so.
Luckily untill now and some driving trough europe i never had an accident nor a speeding ticket, that mean's something to me.

im pretty good myself but i have made a few mistakes
iin my first year of driving back in 2013 i didn't brush off enough frost from my windshield and ran into a barrier but luckily i wasn't hurt nor was anyone else

and earlier this year i rear ended someone
totalled my car but the other was fine and me and the other driver were unharmed and i got more money out of it from my insurance
i certainly aint the best and i have learned and will keep learning

Some ppl, myself included, just have anger issues. Could be a byproduct of various mental conditions such as depression, bipolar, etc. all I know is if someone intentionally tries to fuck with me by brake checking or swerving into me, I lose all remorse and empathy and just want to see that guy die in the most painful way possible. I’ve never done it but that rage is definitely hard to control. Humans are just disgusting in general
What gets me is how these older guys never grew out of it. By the time I hit 30 I became as chill as they come, and sometimes I even laugh at the stuff on the road that previously aggravated me
It's a matter of pride, ego and lack of anger control. If they're willing to danger innocents for virtually no reason at all, they will kill. Never play games on the road, never know who you'll run into.

A lot of these bikers have a chip on their shoulders looking for someone to go off on. As a biker, I gave wide birth between me and other vehicles assuming they won't see me. I rarely had any problems.

I’ve learned over the years of myself getting mad and getting into road rage that I’m lucky to not have gotten shot or killed. I drive 60-65mph in the slow lane on cruise control now and nothing bothers me. So much better.

Same, although for me I just sped everywhere. After driving for a company, paid time, learned to take it slow. So much less stress and safer to just leave 3 minutes early and not speed etc. same goes for road rage, idiots will always be idiots, try not to let it ruin your drive/day cuz it’s not worth it.

I lost a dear friend of mine to an road rage incident in Puerto Rico.
He was on his bike and was cut off and run off the road by a drunken driver. He became pissed because I know he had a short fuse and he chased the guy down. When he caught up to him at a roadside watering hole, he laid into the guy with his fists. The drunken man pulled out a .45 pistol and shot my friend four times. He was dead before he hit the ground. All we have left of him is memories. Don't do this kind of thing. If no harm was done, let it ride. Don't tempt fate by chasing it into eternity.

Watching these videos reminds me of how patient and good a driver I am. Never had one altercation with any driver. I have made mistakes and have always been cordial when I make them.. Never raged or been aggressive. My driving experience has always been very chill and I turn 53 in June.

Whenever I start thinking about buying a motorcycle I watch one of these compilations and it cures me of that desire.
I ride, never had a single issue. I've been cut off dozens of times, had idiots come close enough to hitting me that only my awareness and reaction prevented a crash, but no drama like this. It really is the riders contributing 50% of the problem. Buy a cruiser, go on chill tours and camp and have some beers. No problem.

You're right of course, but the difference between a near miss with a car as opposed to a motorcycle, is the near miss for the car was only ever going to be broken bumper/fender or even the whole car, but for the biker it was nearly their life or at best their limbs that was going to be broken. If I couldn't give a shit as a pedestrian and forced and pushed my way through the throng, causing you to move off the walkway and a truck missed you by inches, or even a yard or two, you'd quite rightly be as pissed as hell at me and likely thump me in your state of post-fear and rage. Equally, many bikers (and I am one) seem to have a death wish as they zoom about at crazy speeds in busy traffic but then I'm basing that on channels like this which is hardly a true representation of bikers per-se.

Most of the angrier bikers you see are not driving defensively. Imagine a bicyclist pretending he owns the road and gets pissed when a car doesn't see him.
Even as a runner, just crossing a street, I always wait for cars. Just because one stopped doesn't mean the other side will. Cars will always win. AND they're driven by distracted morons.
Bikers should ALWAYS assume they aren't seen. And lots of these videos have bikers offensively riding.

Its fascinating to see how different cultural and driving conditions essentially impact rider's patience and demeaner. In South east Asia, if you get pissed off because someone "ain't driving right' or passed you, you'll be getting mad every 10 seconds, no joke. On indian roads, you're either a saint or an absolute raging bull, no in between. You call someone out, they won't even admit they were wrong and the mob will basically side with whoever lies on the lower side of the financial ladder. Expensive vehicle = your fault
