This song reminds me of growing up in the early 90s with no cellphone and kids actually going outside and playing until the street lights came on. I really missed those days when life was simple and fun as a kid.
I love NICKLEBACK 2! And I grew up not knowing when to come in. I had a real nice pellet rifle. A 22 cal. So when all the streetlights for four blocks around my house got , well, gone somehow, we pretty much had an excuse. A watch? In a family of 6 with 4 kids? Ya.

I know I'll be turning 20 this year in august, but if I could go back to when I was 15-- hell 12 I'd wanna see my grandma when she was still alive, just to hug her, tell her how much I love her, and how much I appreciate all the things she's done for me over the years like when I'd call her in the middle of the night on a weekend just to check on her, and she wouldn't get mad either, because she enjoyed it when I would call in the middle of the night just to check on her, or at 5:00 A.M just to let her know it's time for her to turn on the Hallmark channel, and turn on the show " I Love Lucy". sadly we can't go back to relive those days, so all we can do... all we can do is just hold on to the great memories.

I'm very blessed to have been born in 1995. Because living in the 90s was fun and the feeling of nostalgia seemed like it would never end. I'm a 27 year old guy who doesn't see myself as old or getting old. Age is just a number. Even in my 30s I'll still see myself as a young man until I'm close to my 60s. My mom was born in 1974, and my dad was born in 1968. It was exciting to live in the 90s and early 2000s. I look like a teenager but I'm 27. I never expected nostalgic feelings to end and come to a point where it was decreasing. Now I understand Hollywood is running out of ideas. This song by nickelback makes me wish I could go back to childhood. I feel both excited and happy and also heartbroken about the fact we're living in a new world now where we miss those days. I wish all kids could have the opportunity to experience this feeling of nostalgia and fun.
