Are you studying for A Levels, a BTEC, T levels, an HNC or already have experience in a trade and don’t want to go to university full time? Then a four years’ management trainee programme could be for you as you will be supported to study a relevant higher level apprenticeship qualification whilst gaining relevant work experience.
Graduates 🎓
Are you a graduate with a degree in a construction related subject? We can offer you a 2 year management trainee programme.
If you have a non-construction related degree we still want you to apply and we can offer you a 3 year management trainee programme.
Skilled tradespeople 👷
Are you a graduate with a degree in a construction related subject? We can offer you a 2 years’ management trainee programme. If you have a non-construction related degree we welcome your application and can offer you a 3 years’ management trainee programme.
Whatever your entry point into the management trainee programme, you will follow a structured programme of placements that will expose you to all areas of construction to develop your understanding of the business as a whole and not just your chosen discipline.
