The alloy is superheated, then allowed to cool to a specific temperature that brings the metal to a state between solid and liquid, at the same time, the alloy is stirred, breaking the dendritic form of the molton alloy down into tiny, compact, near spherical globules. Not sure how this helps a skateboard truck though.
I think it’s awesome that Oscar is doing his own truck company. All people ever do anymore is create their own lame brand board or clothing company that are all the same. All the same and really don’t add anything new to the industry. Respect to him for doing something with trucks and something that may actually be a great new truck option on the market.

I found out that on of our suppliers SKF is already known in the skateboard world. Apparently some pro skaters really like them. Andrew Reynolds even paired up with them back in the days to make bearings for skateboards. Then there was a while nothing and now Oksie is working with SKF. They have released some new bearings a while ago. I will definitely check out a bit what oksies skateboarding is like and what he is up to. Seems like an interesting character for sure.
So Zegna is looked at as a super "old" brand by most - their stuff costs thousands but it's way more likely to be in your dad's closet than yours. While it also costs absurd amounts at retail, you'd be lucky to resell one of their $5,000 suits for $100 and you're more likely than not to find their pieces at any given local thrift store. All of that being said, I think it makes sense why they're desperately trying to appeal to a younger demographic. They also recently did a collab collection with Fear of God, so they're really going for that hype. But if they want young, cool people to wear their stuff, they're going to need to do a lot more than do a Jagger Eaton #spon post.

E: I just checked the Zumiez site and I found Reynolds Hollows for $60. That just makes me sad, since I had long breaks just because I couldn't afford to skate
