John R Pappenheim Gravesite #1 - Permanent Grave Marker Just Installed

While strolling through the park* one day
In the merry merry month of... January
I was taken by surprise.
Through the chain link fence I could see that there was a crew finishing up installation of a grave marker at Roseburg National Cemetery Annex Section 6. From what I could see from that vantage point, it appeared that they had just installed a single headstone. Later in the day, I went to investigate. Please see next video.
