I really do enjoy seeing more tabletop games other than 40k. I like to see the different factions and I find these dwarves to be interesting. While looking at these dwarves, I can't help but be excited for the leagues of Voltan. Hopefully we could get some battletech.
Still waiting for Space Marine Steve vs Chaos Marine Steve in a mustache, narrated by Steve! If we can work in storm trooper Steve, I will take it!
I second the notion of Battletech. Would love to see some stompy robot action.
I Third that notion of Battletech, but specifically Alpha Strike since thats what I play haha. Maybe with that new Alpha Strike Kickstarter coming some time in the next few months we'll get to see a bit of a showcase of Battletech games!
I really love seeing new stuff on Play On, it's just sad sometimes seeing the views of non-40K stuff vs 40K vids dropped around the same time. People need to learn how to diversify their tabletop games!
@@xGamermonkeyx I think it just comes down to people don't want to expand their interests, they just want to see more of the same. It's the reason why we have sequels to sequels and prequels that aren't necessary and all that. It's hard to convince someone to like something unfamiliar, and it's much easier and cheaper to sell them something they already know they like.

@@xGamermonkeyx Alpha Strike rocks! i love that scale and its a smooth system. We wish we could bring all the games we love to the channel. Alpha Strike would deserve the full treatment and Battletech projects have been shelved for the time being so nothing coming up sorry.

Honestly, aside from the game itself being really amazing to watch - there's a narrative campaign in there.
I'd really love to see that kind of thing, the way Tycho narrates the events of the battle makes me really want to watch a series/campaign of this game with Tycho narrating, each battle dependent on the one(s) before.

thats an interesting idea. getting good enough to be an authority on the nuances of an entire faction would be a challenge!
Love Tyco and Nicks energy together in these conquest games. Both playing to win, but with such a sense of fun. Great game and video.

Great Game, I love the small skirmish of this game, no squares or rectangles and is super Dynamic.
I love the Conquest Models that bone golem is cool, and I am using Dweghom to make Chaos Dwarves, started with the Tempered Sorcerer. Hopefully soon I will get some Dragon Slayers to turn into Chaos Dwarves too.
Been debating picking up some models to paint, maybe try play. Been picking up in a lot of areas seems like.

Nick deciding that Tycho is no longer able to use the gray dice was hilarious. Really shows the camaraderie of the Play On team when they swap dice with no argument.
Now, they just have to find whatever dice set Steve has touched for Conquest.
I wonder if he ever plays a "roll-lower" ruleset, would he end up getting 6s all the time?

Ugh finally the Drought is over!
I just started collecting Dweghom and I love the models so far but I would never consider taking big chungus in such a low lvl game. In my lowly, incredibly uninformed opinion.
That being said I’m absolutely loving this game. From the models to the action on the table.

What sucks, is that you make me want to play this game. More money, more time and effort, more trying to talk to gamers that don't want anything to do with noobs... ugh. Thanks a lot.
So killing the Hold Warriors, 6 VP, killing the Hellbringer Drake, 1 VP? Even though the drake is 3 times the points cost? Why wouldn't it just go by the cost, making it balanced? Ah, I see, your character is free in First Blood.
This way, however, Tycho was able to score 15 VP (despite the 1VP-Drake), while Nick could only get a maximum of 12 VP. Imagine if Nick had went for 20 hold warriors instead of 6 and the drake, lol. Sounds like a terribly unbalanced scoring system.
