No but knowing that Alba and Kristina almost kissed while filming that scene is another level of pain.
Adam's reaction for Adriel and Lilith kiss is so funny LMAO same, Adam, same. We will not talk about that ever again. And yes, we were teased about that almost kiss but the crazy thing is, it wasnt even the intention of the show/director. Just the amazing Alba Baptista's in the moment decisions and her ability to make the Avatrice fans died 100x over
Alba and KTY really played their characters so well that i fell inlove with their characters. I’m not into shipping and happy with their own private lovelife in real life but i ship and rooting for Avatrice happy ever after. #SaveWarriorNun

Camila is the captain of the ship. Yeah the heart eyes. You can feel bea is devastated because she already love ava and the way she look at her. I was waiting for you to reaction to Mother Superion in this episode. And the avatrice moment here? Wow. The almost kiss.
In the conference room when Mother Superion stood and hit the table with her cane, she said "Basta." I think Adam thought she said "Bastard." In Spanish and Italian, "basta" translates as "enough." In essence she was telling the men to shut up.
She said "É basta!" which directly translates to "It is enough!" but really means, "That is enough!" hope this helps :)

its just such a shame they cancelled this show. One of the best executed and scripted shows I've seen in a long. The subtle criticism in religion and technology alike is so genius, and I never knew I'd be digging bad-ass fighting nuns as much.
William said that he thinks Adriel targeted Camila cause he though she was the weakest link on the OCS, but he really underestimated her loyalty, willpower and intelligence
So basically I think that Lilith's normal body is being replaced with Tarask flesh every time she is injured - like when she fights off all those guys in the prison, her arm heals with scales.
So I think that what happened with Adriel is he burned out her eyes, and then they healed back with Tarask powers so she can see wraith demons.
I have a theory that Bea's love and heartbreak and desperate pleading is actually what reactivated the halo and saved Ava.
My understanding of the whole prayer power that Adriel was stealing was that it was what was powering the halo in the first place. So he's diverting it away and the halo loses power. But Bea is basically praying in that scene, whether to God, or the universe, or whoever, but she is essentially sending out the same energy that powers the halo, while she's right next to it. So yeah, basically, it makes logical sense that she managed to switch it back on.

@@macylightfoot I like this thinking. Found it a little weird they were so upset (cause I didn't think she was dead), when it's been said several times that divinium is the only thing that can kill the warrior nun - was bugging me a bit
@@bossa5933 It was because the halo kept switching off that they thought she was dead. It was keeping Ava alive and able to move around, all the time, not just when she needed healing from a fight. It switching off for more than a few seconds, in any circumstance could have killed Ava, never mind falling from 13 stories high.
@@macylightfoot yeah, but I guess I thought since the halo is always on for Ava - when it "glitched" before that didn't stop working so. even if it was very drained, it would kick back up eventually, when the momentary glitch was gone. but yeah I guess in the moment their freakout is understandable, but still for the viewers. Idk if I'm explaining my point the best but whatever^^ but also it brought her back from the dead before so
the fact that they were into the scene so bad that they almost kiss then remember that was not on that scene lol queens

Remember, Camilla gave Bea the book last season that had the Lesbisch story about the warrior nun. If you watch that scene she tells Bea this could be useful or such, smiles and turns away almost bouncing. I think she suspected back then?
Oh, and Ava's head split open on the fall if you look closely. She did die, again.

Showrunner Simon Barry confirmed that what Camila said about loving the warrior nun was intended for Shotgun Mary to say.
Kristina Tonteri-Young said the hardest scene to shoot in season 2 was the one where Ava hovers outside the hotel. The actors on the ground just couldn't all look in the same direction. You can clearly see in your video at 26:48.

I was urged a couple of weeks ago to watch this show, and I’m glad I did. One thing I have noticed, is that whenever Ava is alone, and needs to protect herself, she doesn’t seem to have the power, or strength to defeat who she is up against. Beatrice told her that the halo feeds off of her emotions, and that is what gives it power, and I feel like the halo is an extension of Ava’s heart, because she is most powerful when she is with Bea…Ava gets her strength from her love for Bea.
That actually makes sense- it goes for Bea too. Her greatest fear is loving a woman. She's always in control, perfect, always the smartest in the room. But the one thing she can't control, the one person who is the embodiment of her greatest fear, is bound to die young, to die in her arms. And just as she overcomes her greatest fear, it comes true. Just as Bea is Ava's greatest strength, Ava is Bea's greatest weakness.

This is one of the episodes I was so looking forward for your reaction. Mother Superion (Sylvia) killed (literally) her scene. That fall was the same happened to my tummy, same reaction as you Adam. Bea’s reaction was so heartbreaking. The almost kiss was literally almost. Camila has an important role for both Bea and the mission. Lilith and her ‘rebirth’. And yes same ‘ewwww’. Lol

So much to process ... the action, the humor, and the love. Mother Superion was next level (😉) carrying the action here, the Three Amigos entrance with rocking music which flips to outsider perspective and its like elevator music and 3 cosplayers, and then to the death scene. Ava did die was was resurrected - fourth life now? - but Camila got in Bea's head. Also the background in the Avatrice scenes are always fun.
Ava was going for a kiss a bea didn't get the signal, you can't convince me otherwise

I said it before and I’ll say it again, the fight scenes in S2 are unmatched by most TV shows! And Ava and Bea finally realizing what they mean to each other. Everything has just intensified 100%.
