I'm not really a fan of jaclyn hill, but looking from it at an objective angle, she acknowledges her dependance on those social constructs and expectations, and acknowledges that they shouldnt be the norm and she shouldnt be using them, but it's a habit and a lifestyle for a lot of people, and when she realized she kept comparing the two, she kept saying "I shouldn't be comparing the two but just throwing it out there" and different variations of that.

She is not being hypocritical she admits that even she is guilty of it. Being hypocritical is when you think you're better than someone when in actuality your not.
Hypocrisy can also manifest in the form of quickly switching opinions and contradiction in order to fulfill a sense of "in the right" which she does several times in this video.

Tati is able to critically review something, while being respectful to the brand/people interested in the product.
