  • I love crypt nodes that pay me passive income. The problem is that some of the nodes I run cost $20,000 to $60,000 or more. So in this video, I'm breaking down 8 crypto nodes that are $1500 or less. This video is a trimmed down version of a live stream. All the Q&A and pauses, etc, have been edited out so you get JUST the info on these nodes (26mins vs 1.5hrs). ▼▼

    Genuine question, why invest in nodes in 2024 when every single node project failed last year? I was involved in 8+ promising node projects from expensive to cheap and they all died. What is different this year?

    • @YourFriendAndy
      @YourFriendAndy  Před 6 měsíci +2

      Every single node project failing is news to me. I'm running quite a few that have been successfully making money for years now (a few on this list in fact). Hyperbole isn't very helpful. What node projects were you involved in? When did you enter into them? Did they actually have good fundamentals? Did you exercise good risk management?
      Not trying to be harsh, but I really wonder what specifically you are talking about. Context is also important, we are only just now exiting a very tough bear market. You don't want to buy at peak market and then expect good results in a bear market. You want to buy in the bear and enjoy the rewards in the bull.

    • @MarlonKingShow
      @MarlonKingShow Před 6 měsíci

      @YourFriendAndy stuff like strong, thor and those sorts of projects (cant remember all the names now). Strong had been running successfully for a year then went down the pan. I'm specifically talking about projects that are remote node rather than you running your own Such as flux. Just rather hesitant to get back in to these style projects again, though totally agree bear vs bull might be different odds

    • @YourFriendAndy
      @YourFriendAndy  Před 6 měsíci +2

      @@MarlonKingShow Ah, yeah all the fake nodes. I wouldn't judge nodes in general based on those. Strong ran for a year because it started in a bear market. If it had launched in a bull run, it wouldn't have made it that long. You can make money with fake/ponzi nodes, you just need to be early. But I also highly recommend you don't over-allocate to crazy high risk things. I lost a lot of money with Strong, Thor, and others. But it was still a small amount of money compared to my overall portfolio.

    • @MarlonKingShow
      @MarlonKingShow Před 5 měsíci +1

      @YourFriendAndy yeah I lost a bit as well, rather annoying but is what it is. So the ones in this video, what is the difference, you say strong was fake node so how do you know/tell what is real and not and can you pull your money out unlike the aforementioned strong ones where money invested was lost?

    PRE was 1000 needed, then 2000, now 4000. Everytime i would buy up to the amount needed, (can only buy in certain increments and some transfer hurdles ) by the time I was ready, it jumped again lol.
