- Can't get much better then this! I have never seen so much heavies before in a short timespan. Also my panning has improved greatly after purchasing a new sony 60 A/V tripod. 3:50 Absolutely beautiful flow visualization via condensation from the nacelle chine vortex on the port engine!!! You can really see how much flow turning is going on.

@rrrr9783 its landing gear that is titled forward basically, its when the first couple of wheels in the set are tilted forward like on the Airbus A310, A380, and Tupolev Tu-204, its different than the backward titling types on Airbus A330, A340, and Boeing 747, 757, 777, 787 which is heavier on its rear , however both types insure smoother touchdowns

@McDiezel well, if you try not to be too dorky, you'll press that two-arrowed button that makes the whole desciption visible, and you'll se a bunch of the tags saying things like AMS, Amsterdam, Schicpol and so on. To me it's preeeetty obvious that this is captured at Amsterdam Airport, Schipol (AMS/EHAM). But that's the average person intelligence...
And btw AMAZING video you've got there! Really smooth panning and great sharpness and overall quality! Awesome, man! (sub'd also)

In het veld naast de kaagbaan. Je mag er eigenlijk niet komen. (ben nu al 3 x wegestuurd) Maar na wat lopen in het veld is er een mooi open plekje. (ong midden tussen de nieuwe cargo gebouw daar.) op scramble. nl kan je bij airport guides wat meer info vinden.

I think your PC can do the HD files aswell. Sony Vegas works very well with the files.
I took a closer look at the original footage. Doesn't seem like it. I think its the change of light on the face of the captain.

Wich runway at Schiphol was it? The Kaagbaan. I thought is wasn,t accesable anymore for the plainspotter. Or is it still possible to spot planes at this particular runway.
Northwest currently has 57 A319s, 69 A320s and 32 A330s, which combined make up 49% of their fleet... So yeah they definitely have Airbuses

Talk about your "heavies", i've never seen so many 777's, in one clip before. Would have loved, if you had been able to capture a couple of, A340's or A380's to add to the mix a bit. Maybe next time, however listening to those 777's "spool up" those EXTREMELY large & powerful engines was awesome in itself....!!! :)

Nice Video Man great detail, but let me give you a tip, when the aircraft is taking off and it's coming towards you zoom out, and as it's going away from you zoom in. So the order is Zoom in, Zoom out, Zoom in. But as i said Nice Video.

Its not that up to date. E6600 @ 2.6 ghz 2GB of ram. 8800gt for a videocard. Sony Vegas handels the AVCHD files very well. When I playback it has 0 stutters. The files are from a sony camera.. :P
But its a joy to edit, I think your PC could do well with the files I have. But with other files like H.264 I think it won't, mine doesn't either.
