Its not nice it just seems it. think about it. Watford wouldnt have had to play against blackburn and the likelihood of another pen in the reverse fixture is low. So by helping him Ben is then helping him steal points of of potiential league rivals or title contenders. Goalies do it all round the world. Eg if ederson knew Grealish had liverpool next week he would help him after the match to maximise the chance he can then score and take points off Liverpool to benifit the team.]
@@archiesmith9008 Not only that but Foster has always tried to act like a role model for younger players throughout his whole career, Armstrong is a young player and he's giving him valuable advice to help him in his career, Foster is coming to the end of his professional career (saying he will do 1 more year with watford, hopefully 1 year in the MLS then go to hashtag united)

@@returnofthemac325 He’s saying that in the previous pens Foster studied, the only time Armstrong shot to the keeper’s left, is when he takes a step to the left at the start of his run up

@@antoinelekoub3065 The only reason it went under his arm was because it was a powerful shot and it was rainy. He was a bit out of position but he couldn't do anything better than that. It was an amazing shot as well though, you gotta give the striker that.

Hey Ben, you probably wont remember this but back on Dec 31st West Brom played Saints @ St Marys - You beat us 2-1 but it is a day my wife & I will never forget as her Nan, Mary who was a lifelong Baggies fan was getting score updates from her in her hospice bed dying of cancer. After the game you & Boaz helped us get your shirt signed by the team & a message from Tony Pulis written in our programme. We made a special trip up to see her on New Years day and although she was extremely tired and we only stayed a matter of minutes she was over the moon with your gift. Sadly, she died a few days later but you helped to bring some joy to her in her final days so thank you from both of us.

Absolutely love watching these videos, as a young keeper myself I love being able to see all the action and what you are doing the whole time, where you are positioned, how you react, how you direct the team, all very helpful and things you don’t see watching a normal match
One of the nicest footballers I’ve ever seen. Extremely interactive. Not money hungry. And you genuinely seem like one of the friendliest and humble person I’ve ever seen. Great performance and good luck for the rest of the season!

@@xeroxedits1809 The gist of the advice was for the lad taking the penalty to take a baby step to Ben's left, if he does this he gets a better angle to strike the ball and makes it that little bit more difficult for the keeper to get near it.

As an amateur keeper myself your communication is the most interesting bit of these videos. I've struggled communicating clearly on the pitch in previous seasons, so it really helps to know that what i've been doing/saying more recently is the right way to go about it, and i'm also picking up a couple of little pointers as i watch as well that im sure ill use.
