It's just the same in a big city, if you have a shop in a neighborhood where most people know each other 😁 I found my last job in Rome thanks to my hairdresser at that time, to give you an example. My boss was her client and so was his wife, who was also working at the pharmacy up the road. I had known the wife for 15 years, but I didn't know her husband. The big drama was when they got divorced and I was working with him and meeting hair at the salon 🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐
