  • This is a quick DIY video showing how I replaced the upper Camera lens glass on a iPhone 11. This will compromise your water resistance. The kit cost me about 13$ on amazon. The Isopropyl alcohol (91% alcohol) and q tips did not come with the kit. They sell similar kits for the iPhone 11 pro and other phones. Please subscribe, comment, like the video. Thanks for watching
I have ordered these from a few different sellers. here is a link to the most recent one I purchased

So last night I broke my top camera at work, and I was freaking out and I saw that you could buy a kit so I bought one from amazon and it came in today! So not even 30 minutes ago I found this video and I fixed my phone! Thank you so much for the help, you just saved me so much money and I have no words. I'm really happy that I found this video and I fixed my phone instantly. You are truly a lightsaver thank you so much!

Wow that was easy..! I think I can do it beats paying close to 80 for it at the mall.. I don’t ever literally submerge my phone in water just water droplets or a quick wipe down to disinfect. So I should be fine. Thanks! I feel more confident.

Maybe you have a little piece of glass inside of the camera and because of that the OIS isn’t working right which could cause a blurry image.

    • @daveaffolter9697

Can hold the phone upside down while taking the glass out. I hold it upside down and tap on the phone hoping that if anything fell in it falls back out. I have done this repair several times and have never gotten a piece stuck. I would be weary of using compressed air as it may get anything loose in there stuck somehow
