    Hello everyone. I’ll make very popular Japanese rice bowl “Oyako Donburi”.
    “Oyako” means “Parent and Child”. I use “chicken” and “egg”.
    Let’s cook together !
    Ingredients (For 1 person)
    ・100g~120g chicken
    ・2 eggs
    ・2
    ・1/3 onion
    ・30cc water
    ・0.5g dash powder( Ajinomoto Hondashi)
    ・15cc soy sauce
    ・10cc mirin
    ・4g sugar
    ・1bowl rice
    ・A little Mitsuba or Green onion
    Recipe
    ・Cut the mitsuba into 1.5cm.
    ・Cut the onion into 1cm width.
    ・Remove the fat from the chicken
    ・Cut the chicken into bite size.
    ・Crack the eggs, and separate yolk from one of egg.
    ・Mix eggs lightly.
    ・Water, dashi powder, soy sauce and mirin into pan then boil.
    ・After boiled, add onion and chicken, then cook.
    ・After the chicken is cooked, add the egg and cover.
    ・After 30 minutes, remove the lid.
    Turn off heat.
    ・Serve top on rice.
