If the dress has been longer then it might have had more weight and the wind might not have lifted it so high. Personally i thought the dress was way too short for a 14 year old and for a wedding.

She’s young, had her hands full helping the younger kids and it was an unfortunate accident. I did not expect to see it played again on a video, however, I read people were reposting it on twitter. Best royal wedding since Duchess Catherine's. Unlike the one in May, Princess Eugenie' s wedding was beautiful and it was traditional just lovely. Her dress is beautiful, elegant, fitting, fit for a princess. Meagain's dress was plain, stiff and just meh. The guests at Eugenie's wedding all looked happy while at Meagain's wedding, guests looked down and not overjoyed. They knew it was a disaster letting the fake woman into the monarchy.
