    Cesar pasta salad
    Box pasta cooked
    · 1
    chopped romaine lettuce
    · kosher salt and pepper
    · ⅓ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
    · ½ cup olives
    · ½ Cup pecans
    GREEK YOGURT CAESAR DRESSING
    · 3 tablespoons greek yogurt
    · 1 tablespoon Pesto
    · ½ lemon, juiced
    · kosher salt and pepper
    · ⅓ cup olive oil
    Directions:
    · Place the romaine in a large bowl and toss with a big pinch of salt and pepper. Drizzle with a few tablespoons of the caesar dressing. Add in the finely grated parmesan. Toss the lettuce well so everything is coated. Add in the cooked pasta and toss it well, adding more dressing if you would like. Toss until everything is combined and well coated.
    · Top with the shaved parmesan and the sourdough croutons. Serve with extra dressing and more parmesan cheese. You can use this as a base salad for chicken, steak, salmon, chickpeas, etc.
    GREEK YOGURT CAESAR DRESSING
    · To make the dressing, add the garlic, yogurt, pesto, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a food processor or blender and blend until pureed. With the processor still on, stream in the olive oil until a creamy dressing forms. (This may make more dressing than needed, but you can store it sealed in the fridge for about 3 to 4 days and stir well before using.)
    Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bites
    Ingredients
    · Greek yogurt
    · Peanut butter
    · Maple syrup and Honey
    · Dark chocolate
    Directions
    · Mix Greek yogurt , peanut butter, maple syrup and honey, and place in the freezer until frozen
    · After frozen Dip in dark chocolate (whatever you like) and place back into freezer until done and enjoy!
    Dinner
    BBQ Chicken Air Fryer
    Ingredients
    Chicken wings: 12 wings
    Seasonings: In order to make flavorful wings, coat them with a delicious blend of smoked paprika, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, nature seasoning
    Baking Powder: Not to be mistaken for baking soda, baking powder dries out the skin of the chicken wings which results in an extra crispy coating.
    BBQ sauce: Use your preferred barbecue sauce garnish: basil

    Directions
    1. Before cooking, clean and pat your chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Ensure the wings are dry because dry wings will absorb the seasonings better. Add the chicken to a large bowl with the seasonings and baking powder. Make sure all the wings are coated in the seasoning.
    2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
    3. Then lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place the chicken in a single layer into the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket or place chicken on top of each other because that can result in the chicken not cooking evenly or crisply.
    4. Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes. Then, flip the chicken and cook for another 7-10 minutes, until no longer pink and an instant thermometer reads 165°F. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in batches so that the wings are not overcrowded.
    5. After that, transfer the chicken wings to a {clean} large bowl. Then, pour ⅔ cups of barbecue sauce onto the wings and mix until all the wings are coated.
    6. Next place the chicken coated in barbecue sauce back into the air fryer and heat for an additional 3-5 minutes at 350°F.
    7. Serve immediately. OR, if you want extra saucy wings, place the wings back into the bowl and top with 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce.
    8. Finally, enjoy!

    Directions:
    · Add butter to a flat grill and then add the veggies on
    · Then add seasoning I used natures and lemon pepper
    Garlic and Chives Mashed Potatoes
    Ingredients
    Idaho potatoes (4)
    Seasoning: nature, white pepper, garnish: chives
    Directions:
    Boil the potatoes: Add the potatoes and garlic to a large pot of salted, boiling water. Reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
    Heat the milk: Heat the milk and butter in a saucepan until the butter is melted.
    Mash the potatoes: Drain the potatoes, then return them to the pot. Slowly add the warm milk mixture, mashing with a potato masher or blending with a mixer until the potatoes are smooth and creamy. Season to taste.

    Ingredients
    · Pasta: Cavapati
    · Milk + water: Oat milk creamy, boil in water not to soft and then save a bit of pasta water for the end
    · Dijon mustard: A teaspoon of mustard helps to bring out the flavor of the cheddar in this recipe
    · Fine sea salt and black pepper, and nature seasoning , garlic powder
    · Sharp cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese BRICK kind and shred it , taste better
    Once mixed all together you can eat and enjoy!
