Best video ever 💯❤ Nicely Explained with all small notable things. Appreciated 👏
Thanks 🙏
Very helpful, thank you.
Dont forget to switch your wifi setting to off aswell
and sometimes when your internet goes out for a short period, like my xfinity seems to do all the time, you have to unplug your fire stick from the electricity and wait a minute to reconnect then it will reconnect with the wired "ethernet" otherwise it might connect to wifi sometimes when the internet comes back on.
Thank you!
I get internet not connected on my Sparta tv when I connect my lan to the fire stick. Do you have a solution to connect both to lan?
Very good thank you!
Thank you!!😊
Bro can i use at realme stick like this?
Can we connect firestick to a wired network bush tv.?
thenks
Can I do this with a Xiaomi stick?
I get a internet not connected message when I connect the ethernet
I have no green ACT light. Any help please?
I have a fire omni tv (usb 2.0) that is only 10/100… I have 300 Mbps internet plan. It is hardwired into my eero 6+ router, do u know if there is a device that would work with that and at least give me closer to my 300 Mbps speed? I tried a tp link Ethernet to usb 3.0 adapter and it didn’t increase my speed. Would really appreciate any insight thanks!
Unfortunately you're limited to 100Mbp Max.
Can I use ethernet cable to firestick from an internet extender plug
I don't know which one you mean unless you share a photo or link to the product
Can we get speed above 100 mbps on firestick using any specific lan adapter ?
No you can't. Maximum supported speed is 10/100 Mbps Ethernet. Even for Fire Cube which has a built-in Ethernet port.
Yes you can get more than 100mbps if you get the 3rd party ethernet adaper that has faster speeds and not the official firestick one. I have a set up like this myself firestick 4k i get 200-300mbps wired. :)
I would also like to add same as the ethernet adapter, I advice you get atleast a cat6 ethernet cable which supports the high speeds. Peace ✌
@@Gogeta138 which lan adapter are you using ? I am using an ugreen adapter but not getting more than 100 mbps
@@vikasmahajans i have the same setup as him. Have you looked at maybe the ethernet cable?
Doesn’t work with LG Tvs with a OTG cable. I have x2 LG Tvs (OLED) Front lounge and back lounge and it just doesn’t appear. Tried everything even down to lowering the display settings to 720p and still nothing appears. Works on my Sony Tv first time. Very strange but lg must not like them.
That's a bit strange man. It seems to work fine on everyone else's LG TV's.
I know mate, can’t work it out lol
How's the Speed will it buffer? Plz reply
It will only buffer if your internet service provider Network is unstable, but not because of environmental factors such as congested neighborhood or interference from your other devices or obstruction due to walls and floors.
What Ethernet guarantees a stable connection of 100Mbps from your Firestick to your WiFi router.
@@DignitedTV thank you for your information
Asking for IP address and default gateway. Not a plug and play type of thing.
It should automatically pick IP address and gateway settings from your WiFi router or switch by default.
@@DignitedTV on the 4k max it does not
@@leomoneymaker8894 hey man, did you manage to solve this? I’m having the same issue
Does it work for Xiaomi Tv Stick 4k?
I am not sure. Haven't tried it.
@@DavidOkwii I checked and Xiaomi stick tv 4k has OTG function so it should be ok. But not for Xiaomi tv stick (without 4K) - doesn't have OTG
@@A.K.76.A.K. That's interesting! OTG should be standard across Android devices.
I have an amazon 55" TV (not firestick). The TV has an ethernet port. But when i plug in my ethernet into the back of the TV it does not recognize it all. What's going on?? Can you fix this for me? Any ideas.
That's odd. Make sure the ethernet cable is connected to your WiFi router. Otherwise, it should be plug and play
That’s SmartTV not smarta
Garbage video. My fire stick did not automatically recognize the wired connection. You didn't even address that possibility.
Thing is that no one knows the answer, I've looked it over for years, only thing that has worked for me is wi-fi
I got the amazon adapter and it connected without doing anything else. In the white box it goes by and says ethernet configuration and wired (connected) I also turned off the Wi-Fi after connected with the wired adapter. I have a verizon fios router. I have 300 mbps speed with Wi-fi, but when I checked the speed with the wired , it was only about 97 upload and download. But I'll see if there's less buffering, which was the problem before.
