People need to stop complaining about him using the same ingredients. Making things complex is a western thing. In the east they believe in keeping things simple. Everyone isn't trying to be some damn Gordon Ramsey. Has it ever occurred to people that one of the reasons he's so good is BECAUSE he doesn't use a gazillion ingredients?
hes rural chinese, do people expect him to do french cuisine? people in the west act like they know everything, 20-30 years they didn't even know what spices was just salt and pepper

And Mabe to dip the food in. Honestly..it doesn't taste as bad as people make it out to be...adding sugar to the whited is good...and then baking it taste even better. I use egg whites to make old fashioned banana pudding. Egg whites are very good to use in most recipes.

@@seanmeeks9673 yup, when you are with company you have to 'show' how much you are enjoying the food. Eating in silence means you don't like it or not good company. Personally I'm getting a bit used to it after I understood its cultural. I also used to find it weird japanese slurp noodles
Also everyone keeps crying about these eggs getting wasted, if you've watched two or more of these videos you will quickly realize that my man don't waste NOTHING!
