Really good video man I enjoyed it like always. One thing though, the claim about only 5 people in the world being able to do the baki pose is inaccurate. For many calisthenics athletes and break dancers it is very basic move and one arm planche is 1000x more difficult.

I cant believe you actually got the baki pose even chris heria and browney could not do that, you are insane at learning skills and i think your best skill is that you can pretty much learn any skill quite fast
That's because he actually didn't get it 😅 the correct form is to have your arm all the way extended/straight where your legs are "floating". He did probably the final progression of the real baki pose, but this is still insanely impressive!

Mike really does things that normal people wouldn’t dare just try, and through probably hours, days, to maybe even weeks of persistence manages to do near impossible feats. Mike, you are incredible.
Under a previous video I commented that I was a bit sad that you already stopped when you didn’t really get it and I asked if you could do more of your old videos. I like how you were able to achieve both the level of your old videos and your new videos (doing more challenges in one video) in this one. He did not do it properly. The guy he showed on the video did with a straight arm. But he did with the elbow on his stomach. It is way easier

10:45 in the last challenge you were able to do that cause you balanced your leg which you didn't do before. By keeping your legs in the opposite direction and the hands gravity pull to another side made a whole new balance. The trick for this, is to find the perfect balance but yeah that is hellish to master.Also your left hand's finger was needed to keep a distance between the ground for some kind of gravitational reason. YOU ARE ABSOLUTE MONSTER!!!

It's not possible if u try to do a pushup in that position ur center of gravity will shift away from your hand causing you to fall down so there's no correct way to do the pose
