Hi everybody,
i thought i take a video of the Maserati Quattroporte Sport GTS M139
This Car is Bone Stock except for an LPG System.
So i can run on LPG Gas and reduce the fuel cost a lot.
For me, it is one of the few cars which are timeless beautiful. Everyone who looks at this car say it looks like a Gentleman car.
It is a Master Piece of the Engine the Exhaust-Note the Gearing
it is spot on.
Yes also the exhaust is stock and yes it is active one. When you press on sport mode it opens the flaps
The car is so fast with only its 440hp, but you feel how aerodynamic it is. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

Best stock exhaust sound I've ever heard

I have one of these, the noise it produces never ceases to amaze me.
I have exactly the same, but limited version of the Sport GT S Awards Edition (only 126 of them were produced throughout the planet). It is in collector's storage and I drive it 1-2 times a month. The pleasure I get from driving my Maserati cannot be expressed in words. This is one of the best sounding V8s ever. But I decided to sell it for personal reasons - 2011, mileage 45,000 kilometers. The car is without a single scratch. Over the past 9 years, only this summer I got caught in the rain, the car drives exclusively in dry weather, in perfect condition.
For a stock exhaust, that sounds absolutely superb 👌 Many thanks for this video!

This video reminds me of old school CZcams. Like 2010 YT where it kinda felt like a small community in a way.

I have one exactly like yours with the same interior but right hand drive (in New Zealand), it is by far the best looking and best sounding 4 door saloon ever made, there is nothing out there that can match it. I also have an Benz E63 AMG S which is also an amazing sounding car, however it sounds no where near as good as the QP sports GTS.......They only made 1847 of them and only 390 are in right hand drive, my local Maserati dealer told me they are one of the very few Maserati's that will appreciate in value in the future..........So hold on to yours!!!
I have one, too. Exhaust swap this WE.
Sadly cam variator rattle, will install oil accumulator and try at 40 PSI. Dealer quoted 10k+ for repair. Otherwise solid car over past 4 years.

I loved it Broh. You can do that because our bodies were designed in a Formula 1 Wind-Tunnel. I have an M139 too, my one is the Duo Select F1 Manual Dry sump and Testa Rossa valve covers. Excellent Video. Superb Driving!!! Which one is this one, the Automatic? I loved your hand gestures, your gesticulation, the car is very ethnic. It's tuned you Italian as it has done me too!

Excellent video - one of the finest exhaust notes you can get. Looking into purchasing one as my daily driver. I work from home so I can’t imagine I’ll put more than 3000km/year on it. How reliable is yours?
Hi, we have it know for a few years. InI the hole time it get only Oil Changes. You have to look after the Battery or Battery Safer because the Maserati drain the Battery very quick if you don't use it. Thats it ;)

They are kinda cheap.. im kinda divided between getting one of these or lease a new electric car (china makes some fast $30k ones now) do i dare? I have heard some stories, but i loove this car. Also nice exhaust, cant be stock right?

Is it really that loud stock? Where did you put the mic? It's cool to hear loud exhaust sometimes but not all the time
Mic is on the rear bumper, in the car the sound is also very refine and when you are in normal mode and the exhaust flaps closed it has a nice v8 understatement sound

How fast did you go?
Please tell me what equipment do you use for filming (camera, microphone, etc.)? I want to make a video like this as a souvenir.
Here i use a Gopro with external mic.
Mic is a ATR 3350 with 5m cable.
I put it in the middel of the back bumper with duc tape. I put a little bit foam over the mic. Thats it.
4k oder 5.3k and 24 frames.
Iso lock to 100-400

It is 2010 and it is bone stock. This sound is from the factory.

I notice you downshift often, not once you upshift. Is that in full auto mode?
Yes it is in Fullauto Mode. It shifts down by using the steering shifter. After a few seconds it get by it self in automode again
