I highly advise if anyone is going to run 2 push mowers buy 2 push mowers that are the SAME!
Different mowers have different sized tires, & can't or un likely to get set to the same cutting height, they will also have many more differences.
The way this is is done is absolutely correct, one mower for the front yard, one on the back yard. When they're different mowers, If one person finishes their piece of lawn before the other that person can start trimming, getting ready for the next property, etc.

Square footage is 7,080. I live in the Pacific Northwest and we do side discharge clippings for the big lawns, So much hassle bagging wet grass. Thanks for the Videos Mike lots of info, hope one day I can meet you in person you look chill nice guy.
We use a 30" Toro Timemaster and a 21" Makita battery or a Milwaukee .
We use to use 30" commercial mowers but they are too heavy.
We also use battery Makita and Milwaukee battery lawn tools
We have solar panels to charge our batteries.
Again, right tool for the right job. Try to keep the wheels turning on the 30” at all times to keep up the momentum of moving mass. Small residential mowers tend to bounce too easily on bumpy lawns and gives a jagged mowing line.
I got 6 trimmers well stick edger,trimmer, pole saw,pole hedge,brush cutter,and a second trimmer
Second guess 6496 since you’re blowing for my estimated time of 4 man minutes. 158.46 x 41 minutes mowing and trimming 👍

Mike check out the 32-in mower made by Ferris. We have the fw15 and it is perfect for those small areas has a Honda motor so it'll last a long time and cuts beautifully even tall thick good grass. Around 3,200 bucks though

Those are the types of videos you should have breaking down the numbers versus a one man mow crew versus a two men. Anybody with a half of a brain would know that a one-man mow crew will be more efficient (profit vs cost) however based on sheer volume you need two guys (getting 15 done vs 10) because the cost of having two trucks two mowers two trailers two of everything makes having all 1 man crews very costly.
