I bought this microphone recently! I have a doubt that hopefully you can answer. When I use it whilst screen recording the audio isn’t great but when I’m doing voiceovers whilst editing the audio is amazing! Why does it sound better when I’m doing a voice over and not as good when I’m recording? I haven’t been able to find a solution anywhere
It could depend on the settings and software you use when you are doing voice over. Now if you use two different software on recording them then there is your problem. Your settings when doing screen recording might be different when just doing voice over.
@@gyverr for recording I use OBS and for editing Capcut but I never manually changed any settings so how is that possible?
@@keikogamess so basically OBS has different way of capturing and processing audio same goes with capcut. If you will notice you can control the volume control on obs. Leaving it at max will make obs very sensitive to noise thats why in my videos and testing I indicate that my obs recording setting cause I dont max out the slider making me not peak and making the audio clean. Also obs has a noise suppression filter that you can use. As for Capcut im not sure how they capture/process audio tbh since I dont use it often for audio manipulation. I would say they do it nicely.
@@gyverr I used OBS without modifying anything to do with the sound but it wasn't clear, i tried adding some filters from tutorials that i had seen on youtube and it just makes the sound worse.
@@keikogamess try putting the slider to -6db make sure when you talk the bar reaches yellow line only. Have the input gain on the microphone to around 40-50% then add noise suppression filter in obs and see if it helps.
Yeah I have it, just that I think it’ll sound better on pc compared to console but, it’s a pretty good mic

Hmmm Make sure you balance your input gain from your DAW and from the mic itself. Pick which one you want to use for voice output your DAW or your microphone if you want your DAW to carry all the work then lower the input gain of the microphone and Vice versa

It depends, do you like having a boom arm? If yes then I dont see why not.
I bought it but it is really really quiet on my pc. The only way to edit it is by going to Streamlabs and adjusting the gain, but by itself it doesn’t work well. Not worth the buy, definitely should have just started with a good mic instead of waisting $30
You need to adjust the volume gain of the mic itself. Then go to the sound settings and also adjust the sound gain. Sometimes the mic gain volume in windows is below 0db so you can adjust it to +20db to work.
Does it work in mobile which has 3.5mm jack and c type jack ???????????
This is a usb microphone. You need to buy usb to 3.5mm

Sure… so you could follow my settings on the full review but here is a quick break down. Windows Input Volume: dont go 100%, go below around 80 or 60. Then on the mic you can use around 40-60%.
I just got a fifine its been working great for about the time the warrenty went out which was literally this morning... All my audio dropped and I cant seem to get it back. Can someone help? I dont need "boosters" cause it was JUST working. I doubled clicked a game and lost all input audio.
Try using a different port. Then check the input gain in your windows and increase it accordingly. And i know this might be something you already checked but try using the volume knob in the microphone
@@gyverr ha so get this… it wasn’t a port or anything. Nah. Windows 11 has an option in the sound control panel under your mic and it basically gives windows permission to take control of your mic and hear what you’re talking about. It makes you very muffled. There’s an entire video by Jon Dingo Fox Velocity. Not a big CZcamsr but still knew what he was talking about. Hope this helps!

If you need a buy and forget mic. Then this one is for you, as it is a usb mic then as long as there is a free port on your laptop you are good to go.
a6t is better because it comes with a boom arm and the mic plus a pop filter all for $53 after tax on amazon
I have it and its horrible. It unmutes randomly on windows 10 and the sound is very bad too. Sometimes it sounds great. Because of this I think mine is broken somehow. I tryed everything to troubleshoot. Different PC, cable and usb port. All in all the build quality and software seems to be very bad.
Im sorry about your experience but it seems this is an isolated case. You might want to get your warranty if your unit is bad.

Hey bro ive bought this mike couple of days..firstly it was working good but now when im connecting the mike the buzz sound is comming its very irritating..can you pls tell me any solution?
Usually if the mic iz buzzing its the usb port its connected. Try switching ports and see if it helps also i would try connecting a different cable too
Amm ok..but i have bought otg cable through this i can easily connect the mobile phone..but then too the buzzing is comming..
Ive heard that due to moisture the mike starts buzzing if we heat normal than it will be fine..

lower the input volume, use noise supression. and just switch to brown or red keys. I assume you are using blue switches.

Better contact the shop and ask for replacement. You can also try using different usb ports to check if the other one is static.

Audio is also subjective but I would say probably you are used to hearing background noise. Being loud doesnt make it good :)
