I watched like two or three ASMR videos before it got as big as it is now to see if it would help me fall asleep and never watched it again because it actually kept me awake
3:32 those are a dessert popular in Asian countries called Beancurd Jelly. It is kinda like soy bean milk or soy milk, but condensed. You eat it with brown sugar and/or syrup (or none if you like hardcore soybean flavour), and they serve it either cold or hot in thin slices in a bowl (or in a wooden bucket for fancy purposes) to give a smoother texture.
You should try it when you have the chance to. It is not as bad as the video looks, especially if you like soybean milk.
