I went back and watched the preceding videos, which were great fun. For E I would have chosen Eclectic. The cluttered, colorful living room against the organized kitchen space in and of itself is eclectic. Very nice. My only suggestion is that I would have added a footy tub with a shower curtain in the bathroom. All the rooms are great, but the bedroom and living room are perfect samples of boho/eclectic!

adding more to the story! este lives in the E house and is very friendly but very mean sometimes, shes unhinged and talks before she thinks. charles and camilla are her grandparents (the ones who live in the C house) but they dont see her very often as she is in a bad place, she is mentally unstable and has sudden mood swings often. people try to avoid her because they dont want to deal with her as a friend and they assume shes fine with it because she tries to keep an optimistic mood but she just needs someone to talk too who she can trust. she makes dark jokes and slowly eats herself apart to the point where shes so afraid of what people will think that she adds something for everyone but even then, shes too scared to invite people over. oml this got dark. excited for the rest of the series!
I wish bathroom and kitchen had more going on but the bedroom, living room, and flex room were perfect!! I absolutely love this series and can’t wait to see F 🫶🏻
My favorite was the bedroom. It turned out pretty great! When you out that wall down at first i was seriously doubting how it could look good with that. But it wnded up great! One suggestion i have is to do a little home tour at the end from like a sims pov. Kinda like a home walkthrough tour.

The build is cute - especially as I know how far it is from your style. Can I be a nerd for a sec though? Items in and of themselves are not eclectic. When you have something of various designs, then your home is eclectic {or your choice of art or music or clothing. It really means that you like pulling from all kinds of areas}. It's similar with how people in the community {and elsewhere} misuse 'aesthetic'. You can't make a room/home aesthetic. You can make it a certain {country/ethereal/modern/whimsical} aesthetic. Does that make sense? {Sorry. I'm in my late 40s and an English nerd, I promise, no hate or disrespect toward you at all.
You did an amazing job however I think the curtains in the living room are more boho than eclectic also as a fan of the eclectic style I would say for mixing and matching furniture especially in the living area the couch should have a lot of patterns like the one you chose the first time and than for an armchair or seat maybe go for an opposite colour like if the couch if mostly purple the seat could be yellow or even green
the only bone i have to pick with this series is that it's not complete already and i can't just binge it all the way through! 👀 also, for f you should definitely go with either fantasy, or something more rare & not usually done, like the eclectic style you went for today! i was thinking "f" for farmer, fairy academia or, something a little bit out there: femme fatale! i think it would be really fun to see what your take on those will be!
I've never wanted to live in a Sim house more than this one 🥺🥺 I need an apartment that is fairly small so I have no trouble cleaning it on my own, I would love to have a maximalist/eclectic living room, AND I also would love to have plants and a studio area, so this E house is basically my dream home 😭😭
fantasy would be a great idea!! i think based on how you interpret it, it could be something more high fantasy-themed, or maybe even something like an occult sim (such as an alien or spellcaster) would live in!
My ideas for F would be Fantasy/Fairycore, Forest themed, or Farmhouse! Futuristic would also be really cool but I'm thinking that could easiy be kept for S (scifi) 👀👀
I have a lot of CC pillows and cushions, I'm so tempted to make an eclectic room for a sim with lots of comfy clutter on the bed, but I really like how this one turned out! Everything is so fun and bright without being too chaotic or overwhelming!

I think this is more maximalism aesthetic versus eclectic, eclectic is more cohesive with random bright colors like a set out of a Disney sitcom

it's not incompatible, you can be minimalist or maximalist with a bunch of different styles/aesthetics
