Jamahal won't fight Alex at kicking range. Hill will put Pereira on his bike like Sean did to Izzy.
A big aspect to this fight is Jamahal is a natural southpaw. His back leg was the injured leg so calf kicks are obsolete to the injury.
Alex has never professionally fought a natural southpaw. In Glory, Alex fought two switch stance fighters which just isn't the same as a southpaw. This is a crucial aspect of the fight.
If Alex tries kicking Hill's lead leg then Alex will be open to a counter left hook. If a left handed orthodox fighter is fighting a left handed southpaw, the southpaw has the left hook advantage.
This is why there is rich history of southpaws winning historic fights in combat sports. Don't be surprised when Hill is the standing champion at Light Heavyweight.

Just Google Pereira and you’ll find he’s the ONLY fighter in HISTORY to win 2 belts, in 2 different weight classes in 2 DIFFERENT Combat Sports mma (UFC) and Glory (kickboxing) . He’s been doing this a lot longer than 18 months and unfortunately for Hill It’s elite striking skill. Nobody can call his accolades Luck, He’s more than proven ☝️🗿
He’s only been in the UFC for 30 months. 15 months ago would be when he won the first UFC title, and he’s fought 3 times in 2023 not including that Title win. Complaining about a decorated, accomplished, active fighter who has a bit of new found popularity and in a relatively short period of time and his haters are already sick of it.
