I am also having a period in my life where nothing is calm (working for uni graduation in full robes all of this week, kitchen getting ripped out, etc, etc., and this was an oasis of calm x I do like those alphabet letters and I treated myself to the Tim Holtz phrases after seeing yours, I love them (and should perhaps try to heed by them, lol)

Please pass my congratulations to your daughter. It will be one of the highlights of her life, no-one can take it away from her and despite what people say, a degree DOES still open doors. Are you attending her ceremony? I hope it's wonderful. In one of the procession martials at the UEA (Norwich) I get to spend my day telling off very clever academics who CANNOT STAY IN THE ORDER I'VE PUT THEM IN lol
